Motivational Power Quote

There’s Power in Your Words
“Your own words are the brick and mortar of the dreams
you want to realize. Your words are the greatest power
you have. The word you choose and their use establish
the life you experience.”
Sonia Choquette, author

As I see it . . . . . . .

There’s power in your words

Your worlds become the foundation for your life and career.

Your words will become your bedrock that will support the weight of your career and take you to great heights of success and achievement.

Or your word will be planted on a layer of quicksand and will disappear under the slightest of pressure.

Your words are powerful . . . . and people will listen to you intensely and expect you to reach the levels expectations that you set in your words.

Choose your words carefully . . . . because people expectations are that you to honor your words.

With each word you are either building your future on bedrock or allowing your words to settle on quicksand.

There’s power in your words . . . . and they become a powerful magnet of attraction when they are spoken with a purpose and you intent and you honor them.

Motivational Power Quote

The Circle of Attracting More
“It’s really important that you feel good. Because this
feeling good is what goes out as a signal into the universe
and starts to attract more of itself to you. So the more
you can feel good, the more you will attract the things
that help you feel good and that will keep bringing
you up higher and higher.”
Dr. Joe Vitale, Motivational Author and Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . .

The circle of attracting more

You attract things into your life in a circle . . . . as you attract things into your life you will continue to attract more of the same . . . . At an increased rate of velocity.

Disengage and remove the distracters . . . .the things that are holding you back, creating barriers and creating negative thinking. And you will find yourself . . . . expanding your circle of attracting more of the positive things into your life.

Distracters have to be removed from your life . . . . If they’re not removed they will become a bigger part of your thinking and create larger barriers in the future and block out the positive things coming into your life. In some cases distracters  will take a . . . . real effort on your part to remove them and to put them behind you.

Focus you efforts on building the bridge of positive thinking and positive activities  . . . . and you will attract of the positive things into your life.

The circle of attracting more . . . . is that you will reap more of what you sow . . . . Sow the positive and reap the positive success that it offers.

The Recipe for Achievement

Motivational Power Quote

The Recipe for Achievement
“What is the recipe for successful achievement? To my mind there
are just four essential ingredients: Choose a career you love, give
it the best there is in you, seize your opportunities, and be a
member of the team.”
Benjamin F. Fairless 1889 -1962, American Steel Executive

As I see it . . . . . . .

The recipe for achievement

If your going to bake a great chocolate cake . . . . you won’t just walk into the kitchen and start to throw ingredients into a mixing bowl.

To bake a great chocolate cake . . . . your going to take out the recipe and carefully measure and mix the ingredients. Once the mixing is completed you going to place the cake mix in the oven in a baking tin.

The baking tin and the ingredients will be placed in a preheated oven . . . . and at a predetermined temperature for a set amount of time.

Baking a great chocolate cake is a process . . .  with a plan.

Achievement is a process that will require a plan the proper ingredients being mixed together along with time to reach a successful out.

If the ingredients are left out or your look for shortcut you will end up with less than a great chocolate cake and you won’t achieve what you set out to achieve.

The recipe for achievement . . . . will have to be put together with care and nurtured to a success outcome.

Let your words heal and not wound.”
Unknown

As I see it . . . . . . .

The gift of being a friend

One of the greatest gifts that you can ever give to someone . . . . is the gift of being their friend.

The gift doesn’t come with strings and it may not be gift wrapped . . . . It’s a gift that’s sincere and comes from your heart.

Meeting The Tests That We Face

Motivational Power Quote

Meeting The Tests That We Face
“The secret of what lies in the tests he has faced over the whole
course of his life and the habit of actions he develops in meeting
those tests.”
Gail Sheehy, American Writer and Lecturer

As I see it . . . . . . .

Meeting the tests that we face

It not a question of will we be tested; the fact is we will be. It’s more of a question of how often and to what degree.

Tests are stepping stones into the future and how you handle the tests of life . . . . will determine what direction that you move into the future.

Some tests will test you to your core and . . . . how you respond to those tests will change the course of your future and if you’re on course to achieve our goals.

Every test will have some sort on impact on our future . . . . as you encounter the tests look at them as stepping stones into your future and handle them accordingly.

Take control of the tests . . . . and you take control of the conditions in your life and your future.

Meeting the tests that we face . . . . by addressing them. Some will pass quickly without much effort and other will take real effort to successfully work through them.

Success is Tied to Not Giving Up

Motivational Power Quote

Success is Tied to Not Giving Up
“I realized early on that success was tied to not giving up. Most
people in this business gave up and went on to other things.
If you simply didn’t give up, you would outlast the people
who came in on business with you.”
Harrison Ford, Actor

As I see it . . . . . . .

Success is tied to not giving up

Anything that is worthwhile is working for . . . .

Success is not an event . . . . it’s the result of hard work, persistence, commitment, time and not giving up.

Far too many people decide to give up short of reaching their goals . . . .

When they give up they will never know how close they were to achieve their goals if they stayed the course.

When you read about Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Springsteen, Harrison Ford, Jim Carrey and so many more successful people . . . . Your reading about people who believed in themselves did not give up on themselves or their dreams.

Success is tied to not giving up . . . . when you feel like your back is to the wall and your ready to throw in the towel and give up. Keep going and you will find the breakthrough . . . .

small jobs. Every time you conquer on it makes you that
much stronger.  If you do the little jobs well the big ones
tend to take care of themselves.”
Dale Carnegie 1888 -1955, Self-Help Author, Lecturer

As I see it . . . . . . .

Master the small details

Far too many people look and the small jobs and small details as being insufficient. It’s in doing the small jobs and details with excellence that you begin to master your life . . . . as you do you create the pathway of doing the big things in your life with mastery.

The difference between doing thing with excellence and creating mastery in your life comes down to making a choice.

When You Have Specific Goals Everything Changes

Motivational Power Quote

When You Have Specific Goals Everything Changes
“I found that when you start thinking and saying what you
really want, then your mind automatically shifts and pulls
you in that direction. And sometimes it can be that simple
just a little twist in vocabulary that illustrates
your attitude and philosophy.”
Jim Rohn 1930 - 2009, Business Philosopher, Author, Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . .

When you have specific goals everything changes

A specific goal is a . . . . defined goal that you can see, measure and you can explain in detail.

When your goals are specific . . . . the image that in your thinking become exact and you know with a sense of certainly what you want to achieve. Your target is clear and . . . . you’ll able to aim at it with the expectation of hitting the bull’s eye.

Your target may be moving and that’s to be expected . . . .

Courage is to Keep Trying

Motivational Power Quote

Courage is to Keep Trying
“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice
at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow.”
Mary Anne Radmacher, author

As I see it . . . . . . .

Courage is to keep trying

Many times the easy way out is to walk away and to not try . . . . real courage is to keep trying and to overcome the conditions that are in front of you.

Many walk away and find themselves in a constant state of procrastination . . . . or in denial of the conditions and true facts.

It takes courage to come back day in and day out and to push to reach your objectives. Courage creates the persistence . . . .to try and try again to stay on purpose.

In trying you may find yourself coming up a little tattered . . . . but there is no success without trying and you can always dust yourself off.

The real courage is the quiet voice that’s inside you . . . .saying to keep going.

Courage is to keep trying . . . . and success comes as a result of your continuous efforts to move you in the right direction.

You Can Win When There’s Time Left in the Game

Motivational Power Quote

You Can Win When There’s Time Left in the Game
Don’t give in at half time.
Concentrate on winning the second half.”
Coach Paul “Bear” Bryant 1913 – 1983, Football Coach

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You can win when there’s time left in the game

Life is a lot like a game of football . . . . if there’s time left in the game you can win.

You may be at half time of your success journey and have found you have lost momentum . . . . and have fallen behind in the game of life and are losing ground.

A good football team will make their adjustments at half time . . . . to come back in the second half to win the game.

They will evaluate the conditions of the first half, and . . . . will make the adjustments to their game plan and strategies to maximize their efforts in the second half.

Our success journey is a lot like that football game. When you’re falling behind you have to adjust your game plan to regain your forward momentum. You have to . . . . adjust your strategies and to play to win

The differences between winning a football game and winning in life have seminaries and follow the same principals. You have to commit yourself to winning and . . . . play through any conditions that you find yourself in.

You have to be willing to give an extra effort . . . . to put you over the top and if their time in the game we can win.

Winner never quit, they stay in the game and . . . . when there’s time left in the game you can win.

Motivational Power Quote

The Key is Action
“The will is to select a goal, determine a course of action that will bring
one to that goal and then hold to that action until the goal is reached.
The key is action.”
Michael Hanson, Entrepreneur

As I see it . . . . . . .

The key is action

To successfully to achieve your goals . . . . the key is action.

Taking about your goals can inspire you . . . . but it comes right down to it positive action is the key.

Reaching your goals will consist of an element of knowing what you want to achieve and to put them into the form of written goals . . . . supported by a written plan of action to achieve them.

Goals become achievable . . . . when you believe that you will achieve them and put in the effort and the actions to successfully reach them.

The key to achieving your goals and anything worthwhile comes down to . . . .  the key is action to move it forward to reach your objectives.

The Art of Decision Making

Motivational Power Quote

The Art of Decision Making
“Investment decisions or personal decisions don’t wait for
the picture to be clarified .”
Andrew Grove, executive

As I see it . . . . . . .

The art of decision making

Many decisions have to be made on the fly . . . . they can’t wait for a team meeting or consensus.

The art of decision making is making the best decision your can . . . . with the information you have. Using the resources you have from where your standing.

The person that waits for the condition to clarify itself and to be just right . . . . will find that the decision has been made for them, by someone else. The person that makes the decision . . . . takes control of the condition while the  person who waits to make the decision . . . . loses control of the decision making process.

In many cases not making a decision will make the condition worst and . . . . will take far more resources to successful resolve the condition.

The art of decision making . . . . is to make the decision when it has to be made.

Lost Forever

Motivational Power Quote

Lost Forever
“Lost, yesterday, somewhere between sunrise and sunset two
golden hours, each set with sixty diamond minutes. No reward
is offered for they are gone forever.”
Horace Mann 1796 -1859, American Politician and Educator

As I see it . . . . . . .

Lost forever

Time can slip away . . . . and once it’s gone it’s lost forever.

You are blessed with 24 precious hours in your day to use in any way you please . . . . You can invest your day in positive activities that will bring value to your day and that will become the stepping stones to greater success in your future.

Or you can fritter away you time . . . . on busy work or putting off the important things that need to be done . . . . to sometime in the future.

Whatever your do with your day is a personal choice . . . . At the end of the day your time is lost forever never to return.

What will remain at the end of your day . . . . is the value of how you invested your time that day. A day invested in positive activities will be deposited into your annuity account. The days will accumulate and return long term value back to you.

A day where your time is wasted is lost forever . . . . A day invested in positive activities will return to you with dividends.
