Collaborative negotiations increase the potential of successful negotiations. When we understand the person that we’re negotiating with we open the doors to successful negotiations through understanding. Know their motivations and what the person want to achieve in the negotiation.
In knowing what the other person wants accomplish in the negotiations it will help us to help the other person to get what they want and to create a win – win negotiations process.
In a win – win negotiations both parties get more of what they want.
