Talent is a starting point . . . . of success

Talent will get us started, but it our talent has to be continually developed, nurtured, and expanded for us to achieve lasting success and to take us over the finish line.
When we continually develop and expand our talents we continually become better at what we do. Becoming better creates the confidence and the self-assurance to continually grow.
Talent is success tool that to be sharpen and be there when we need it.
Talent may get things started but it will be what we do with our expanded talent that determines our level success.
