Management’s role is to bring a collection of individuals together to accomplish a common goal. The key is to focus on the task at hand not the individual agendas.


The success of the team is in creating an environment where the team members come together and work together to achieve the common goal.


The manager that can bring a team together creates a successful team and a successful outcome. Also as a result of their success the team members grow.
