Change is not always a choice how - we respond is
The one constant that we have in life is change.


Change can come into our life uninvited and it’s just seems to show up. Some change we will welcome into our lives while other change we resist.


We can find some change easy to adjust to and other change very challenging to except or adapt to.


No matter how we feel about the change it’s in our live and how we respond to the change will have an enormous influence on what fork we in the road we take.


We can resist change and fight it with all of our strength to the point that we create a path to negative thinking in the way we response to change. The more we fight change the further we get off track we become and we lose our sense of purpose.


The result of fighting changes leads to taking the wrong fork in the road and it leads us down a path minimal success to where the change now consumed us and the change now controls us and our life.


When we come to the fork in the road of change we can make the choice to remain in control of our life and decide to do our best to control the change that has come in to our lives.


Change is not always easy to mange but its far better to manage the change than having the change manage us.


To achieve success we will have to be able to adjust to change and be proactive in managing the change.
