Happiness is a choice and you and only can decide if you’re going to be happy or not. Happiness is a life long journey.

You won’t find yourself waking up one day and to find yourself automatically being happy. Happiness is the accumulation of many moments in our life and learning to enjoy the moments.

Your attitude is also a big factor in finding happiness in your life.

When you feel happy with your life you are enjoying your moments and feeling the emotion of happiness.

At times your life’s journey may be challenging, find happiness in your ability to cope with your challenges.  At other times it will feel like your life is an expressway and thing are all coming your way.

Your life is a series of temporary events and each one offering you an opportunity to find happiness,
