Motivational Power Quote
Turn Your Mirrors Into Windows
“Most people are mirrors, reflecting the
moods and emotions of the
times. Some people are windows, bringing light to
bear on the
dark corners where trouble festers. The
whole purpose of
education is to turn your mirrors into
windows.”
Sydney J. Harris 1917 – 1986, American
Journalist
As I see it . . . . . . .
Turn you mirrors into windows
When you look at problem through the
prism of a mirror . . . . all you will see is the problem.
In looking in that mirror . . . . you
are focusing on the problem itself and
you will not see the solution . . . . find answers . . . . or way to overcome the problem.
When you look at a problem through a
window . . . . You’re allowing a new light to reflect on the problem and you
look at the problem through the prism of a difference light.
In that light you will see the solutions
to the problem and find a way to successfully work your way through the
problems and to use the experience as a future resource.
Turn your mirrors into windows . . . .
and you will be focused on finding salutations and answers and not get bogged
down in the problem.
