As I see it . . . . . . .

People are unique

People are unique . . . . and one size doesn’t fit all.

People respond differently to the same condition . . . . and they need to be respected for their difference.

People want to be heard . . . . listen to them . . . . and you will build rapport with them. Has you listen to them you will understand them . . . . and discover their uniqueness.

The key is to recognize the person for who they are . . . . When you recognize the person for who they are and their uniqueness you’ll be able to effectively communicate with them as a unique person. This will result in building a bond of mutual trust with them.

When you respect a person for their uniqueness . . . . they will sense it and it will become the stepping stone to creating a strong relationship with the person.

People are unique . . . . discover that uniqueness in them and you will have the key to both successful personal and business relationships.
