When you put your heart out to lift someone . . . . and its sincere and it comes from your heart without the expectations of gaining personal rewards as a result of your actions. You help the other person and it will lift your spirits.

Be there to lift a person . . . . when they need it.

Be there and offer a person . . . . your hand to pull them forward.

Be there to push them . . . . forward when they need a push.

Put you hand out to them . . . . and steady them when they need it.

Be there to lift their spirits . . . . when they need a lift.

The amazing thing is when you reach out to others . . . . and put your hand and heart out to another person . . . . it has a positive effect on you.
