To successfully reach your objectives . . . . there may be a need to adjust your sails when you find yourself drifting off course . . . . to get back on purpose.

To move forward, you will have to stay on the cutting edge of your profession in order to reach your objectives. . . . Continually expand and improve your knowledge and skills to stay in command of your profession.

You also have to have an open mind to see thing as they can be . . . . and have the courage to make the adjustments and pursue them.
