A diamond in the rough

A diamond is a beautiful gem that’s starts out as a chunk of coal and in that form has very little value compared to a finish gem.

Under pressure and time the coal is transformed into a rough diamond. We are a lot like that piece of coal our character is formed under the pressures of life.

The person that we become is formed from how we respond to the pressures that we encounter on our success journey. We will become a diamond in the rough or remain a chunk of coal.

To create the unique value from a rough diamond it has to be cut and polished. 

To create our unique value we have continually polished our skills and remind focused under pressure.

Much like a diamond our value increases as we withstand the pressures of life and polish our success skills to make the most of our life.

A diamond in the rough is the beginning of a precious gem.

We devolve character under pressure


Our character is a lot like a diamond and it’s devolved under pressure.


In our moments of pressure we are tested and devolve our character and inner strength.


In our most challenging moments we will find the resilient to withstand the storms in our lives. We may come out of our challenges situations with some bumps and bruised but with our character we will come out standing.


Character is the moral fiber to stand strong and to face our future with the strength to work through the conditions that we encounter.


We devolve character under pressure and the life we lead will be the result of our character and how we handle the pressures in our lives.

Under pressure some people will break records and go onto achieve great things, while other people will break under the pressure.


Pressure creates a great deal of stress in person’s life. Each person reacts different to the pressure and how the person responds to the pressure will determine what course of action the person will take.


The person the can control the stress that the pressure creates will be able to respond to the pressure proactively and stay in control of their emotions and respond with a purpose.


If the person becomes overwhelmed by the pressure they will act out of anxiety and will become reactive to the pressure and will lose control of their emotions and the situation.


The person that can control their emotions controls the pressure effectively. In controlling your pressure the real you comes out under pressure.
