Motivational Power Quote
The Leader Sets The Standards
“Anybody who accepts mediocrity - - in
school, on the job, in life - -
is a person who compromises, and when
the leader compromises,
the whole organization compromises.”
Charles Knight, author
As I see it . . . . . . .
The leader sets the standards
The leader that holds true to their
standards and sets the bar high . . . . becomes a leader that leads by example
and sets the standards for the entire organization to follow.
The leader sets the standards and the height
of the bar first for themselves . . . . and with consistent behavior for the entire
organization to follow.
With a philosophy of do as I do . . . .
the leader will hold the respect and attention of the organization through
their actions by leading from the front.
When a leader takes command and consistently
demonstrates their standards through their actions. The entire organization
benefits, and the leader will become the role model and one that others are
will freely follow.
A leader with miss directed values and
standards will put the organization on s slippery slope and course to failure.
The leader sets the standards . . . . to
take an organization to greater levels success.
Be a great leader with high standards and won’t compromise those standards for
a quick fix.
