As I see it. . . . . . . .

There is no free lunch

When you expect to get a free lunch in business you may find that you get more then you bargained for. The bill that you get for that free lunch will become very expensive an in the long run a free lunch has an enormous price.

Your free lunch also gets you some things that you weren’t expecting.

It could cost you your integrity.

You can lose your incentive.

It can cost you your independents.

You can lose business and referrals.

It can lead you down the wrong path.

There is no free lunch in business. What we attract in business is earned and has a price attached. Successful people understand that that there is no free lunch and that success has a price and they are willing to pay the price of success to achieve their desired outcome.

If I do things that don’t feel right, after I do them I find that I was right. If it doesn’t feel right to you it’s not.


Do the right things for the right reasons and do them with integrity.


Doing what’s right is more important than doing what’s politically correct.


Overtime, people will judge us by our actions.


Act from integrity and do the right thing.
