We are very much like a diamond . . . . and our true self will be molded under the pressures in life.

At one time or another we will come under some form of pressure some being very intense . . . . and some just in passing.

Your life will be formed under intense pressure. How you handle the intense pressures in your life . . . .  and how you work your way through those intense pressures will determine who you become . . . . and how high you’ll soar.

Being composed in any situation . . . . creates a strategic advantage in your personal life and in your career.

Remain composed under pressure . . . . and you will remain in control of your emotions. You will also make far better decisions in controlling the outcome . . . . and in achieving your goals.

In challenging times maintain a calm interior

What other see in you in challenging situations is your exterior . . . . and they will judge you by what they see.

When you’re calm on the outside . . . . you will naturally calm your internal emotions down and you will remain calm on the inside. By maintaining a calm interior you will be in control of your emotions and be in a better position to successful work your way through the challenging conditions.

With a calm interior the people around you will follow your lead and will remain calm . . . . and stay on point to successfully resolve the condition.

When your calm . . . . you will find solutions . . . .

When you lose control of your emotions . . . . the conditions deteriorate and take control of you . . . . and you lose control of the condition.

In challenging times maintain a calm interior . . . . and your calm interior will show on your exterior for the world to see. By remaining calm you will put yourself in a position to find the right solutions.
