leaders have a common trait . . . . they
pay close attention to details.
They become great because they manage
the details to create successful results.
They’re organized thinkers and
strategize their next move . . . . before they act.
Many leaders have a short bust
recognition of leadership success. . . .
But their leadership success falls by
the wayside as a result of their lack of discipline and their leadership style
of leading by the seat of their pants.

impact the level of success that you achieve.
