have one thing in common they all can use a helping hand.
Put your hand and heart out to another
person to lift their spirit . . . . and help them out . . . . help them up . .
. . or help them across the finish line.

that help can change the direction of their life forever. As a result you will find that in helping
others you become closer to yourself . . . . and you become better person as a
