A person can know a number of things but without the understanding of what they know and how to apply that knowledge the knowing has very little value.


The people that can take their knowledge and apply it with understanding creates value in their knowledge and for themselves.


The person that can effectively apply their knowledge will be considered and expert in their field and will be in demand as a resource.
