Happiness is a Choice and a Journey

Motivational Power Quote

Happiness is a Choice and a Journey
“Happiness is a journey not a destination.”
Ben Sweetland, author

As I see it. . . . . .

Happiness is a choice and a journey

Happiness is a choice and you and only can decide if you’re going to be happy or not. Happiness is a life long journey.

You won’t find yourself waking up one day and to find yourself automatically being happy. Happiness is the accumulation of many moments in our life and learning to enjoy the moments.

Your attitude is also a big factor in finding happiness in your life.

When you feel happy with your life you are enjoying your moments and feeling the emotion of happiness.

At times your life’s journey may be challenging, find happiness in your ability to cope with your challenges.  At other times it will feel like your life is an expressway and thing are all coming your way.

Your life is a series of temporary events and each one offering you an opportunity to find happiness,

Happiness is a choice and a journey. Stays focused on your desired outcome and as you move through your success journey enjoy the journey and find happiness in the moments.

And This Too Shall Pass

Motivational Power Quote

And This Too Shall Pass
“It is said that an Eastern monarch once charged his wise men to invent him a sentence to be ever in view, and which should be true and appropriate in all times and situations. They presented him the words:
And this, too, shall pass away.”
Abraham Lincoln 1809 – 1865, 16th President of the United States

As I see it . . . . . . .

And this too shall pass

Nothing lasts forever and over time this too shall pass.

There are things in our life that we hope will never change and things in our life that can’t change fast enough.

Your lives are made up of many moments with each one passing in a flash. It’s in those moments that you make your lives and the conditions in your life.

Some on those moments remain in your control and there are some moments that you have no control over. You will have to direct the moments in your life that you can control and make the best of the moments that are not in your control.

Each moment is a temporary condition and when you think about this the moment shall past. Remind in control of your emotions. No matter what the condition is that enters your life,  think that this too shall pass, and you will have your emotions under control and you will control the moments in your life.

True Happiness Is In Enjoying The Journey

Motivational Power Quote

True Happiness Is In Enjoying The Journey
“Someone has said,
Success is a journey not a destination.
Happiness is to be found along the way,
not at the end of the road.”
Robert Updegraff, Business Consultant

As I see it. . . . . . . .

True happiness is in enjoying the journey

The success is not found in reaching the destination it found in enjoying the success journey and in achieving the milestones along the way.

The person that enjoys their success journey and celebrates successfully achieving their increment successes that they achieve along the way will stay motivated. They enjoy their achievements and their progress of pushing forward to the next milestone.

They view their success journey as a mission that has been broken down into smaller incremental steps with each one becoming a stepping stone to the next level.

In enjoying our success journey we focus on our moments and making the most of the moments that we are blessed with. By enjoying our moments we begin to value our time and the experiences that our moments provide to us.

The person who takes joy in their moments creates the foundation to enjoy their days and years of their lives.

True happiness is in enjoying the journey. The joy of life is in their journey not is in the destination. For the person who enjoys the journey will find that they achieve things in their life that are far beyond their original destination.
