Wanting to succeed without the application of effort is a recipe for losing.  

Success takes both planning and a consistent effort to move us in the right direction.

Our plan has to match our goals and our actions have to support our plan.

Success is not an isolated event it’s the combination of a personal commitment to succeed, a well thought out plan and making a massive effort to achieve the desired results.
