Positive self talk
When you talk to yourself, talk to yourself the same way that you would talk to someone that you care about.
Keep the conversations with yourself positive; focus your energy on positive actions. As a result you will create a positive mind set of what you can do and it will assist you in focusing on a positive outcome.
Having a negative conversation with yourself will create a negative mindset, negative results and a negative environment. It becomes a lose – lose situation.
