As I see it. . . . . . . .


If it’s not working change what you’re doing


When you have given a task you best effort and done everything that you could possibility have done to get something to work and it doesn’t, it’s time to change what you’re doing.


You can reach a point of diminishing returns where what your doing will either have a very limited or no return on your effort at that point change what you’re doing.


When what your doing is a must get done task and failure is not an option we have to find a new way to achieve your objectives.


Look at your strategies, techniques and the way you’re approaching the task. Look for new ways to approach the task, adjusting your thinking and strategies. Look for a way to create a small breakthrough that can potentially open the flood gates to a successful conclusion.


When something is not working change what you’re doing . . . . through your thinking and change your approach. But when it’s not working and you continue to do the same thing over and over, you will continue to get the same results and those results create frustration and very limited results.


Be willing to change the way you are doing things, be willing to change yourself and change your attitude to create a new and successful future.

Pursue your dreams with passion


Burn the vision of your dreams into your thoughts until they become crystal clear in your mind and you can see them as already being achieved. Take that vision and pursue them every day with passion until your vision becomes a reality.


As you pursue the vision of your dreams you will find people who would like to derail you journey, don’t allow them to stand in the way of your dreams. Move pass them will the conviction that you will achieve you vision.


Remain focused on your dreams and navigate around you obstacles and setbacks.


Pursue you dreams with passion and be willing to pay the tolls along the way but keep your eyes and you thoughts on your vision and your dreams. Don’t become distracted and don’t allow people to derail you.


The dreams are you’re to achieve, stay on purpose and pursue your dreams with passion and the dreams will be yours.

If you’re in a situation where you’re feeling the “pressure” chances are more then likely that you’re focusing on the problem and not the solution.


Once you find yourself in a challenging circumstance focus your efforts on finding the best way to resolve the circumstances and to move forward and away from the challenges as quickly as possible.


Pressure is just a word and once you look for solutions and apply the effort to resolve the condition you will find the pressure will melt away.

A failure is a speed bump on our success journey.


We can be jolted when we encounter one. But once we roll over it, it becomes just a memory and we leave it behind us as we move forward.


Use a failure as a lesson for success. Make a commitment to move past the failure and not to carry the failure with you and to find a better way to do things in the future.
A lesson for success is a lesson learned and not repeated.
