A Breakdown is the Beginning of a Breakthrough

A Breakdown is the Beginning of a Breakthrough
“Sometimes a break down can be the beginning of a kind of
breakthrough, a way of living in advance through a
traumatic this prepares you for a future of
radical transformation .”
Cherrie Moraga, Writer, Activist, Poet, Essayist, Playwright

As I see it . . . . . . .
A breakdown is the beginning of breakthrough

Every business . . . . and business model has a cycle . . . .

There is a cycle where it begins as an idea . . . .  and develops into a working model. Over the life of the business model it goes through series of adjustments and adapts to the changing market.

Then at some point the business becomes old and outdated  . . . . and there is a breakdown in the business model.

One of two things will happen . . . . One business will ride the business model into obscurity. The business will become uncompetitive and fade away from the business landscape.

Another business will be at the point of a breakdown of the business model . . . . and a beginning of a new business cycle. They will adjust their business model to remain competitive . . . . and leave the baggage of the old business model behind them.

A breakdown is the beginning of a breakthrough . . . . when it’s approached with an open mind and an attitude of possibilities.

Personal Responsibility

Personal Responsibility
“When you accept the fact that you’re personally responsible
for your life . . . . and for your results it changes
the way you think.”
Lou Ludwig, Sales and Management Consultant,
Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer, Author

As I see it . . . . . . . .
Personal responsibility

The price of greatness is taking the personal responsibility for your actions . . . . your life . . . . and your results.

When you accept the fact that you’re personally responsible for your life . . . . and your results it changes the way you think. You will look at things as they really are . . . . You will act in a way to take control to move the things in your life in the direction that you want them to move in.

Taking personal responsibility becomes a breakthrough moment in your life. In accepting the fact that what you achieve in your lifetime will be your responsibility . . . . and what you do with that responsibility is under your control.

You can open the doors to unlimited success . . . . achievement and opportunities. Or you can just walk by the doors . . . . and not recognize there potential . . . . and just pass them by.

You are the only person that holds the keys to unlock the greatness, that resides within you . . . . and that waiting to be released.

Just do it . . . . take the personal responsibility for your future . . . . and you won’t look back.

A Breakthrough is a Result of Persistence

A Breakthrough is a Result of Persistence
“If success was easy . . . . Everyone would be successful.
Success is the result of focused thinking, persistent
and determined efforts to reach an objective. A
breakthrough is the result of persistence and
to try . . .  and try again until you achieve
your desired results.”
Lou Ludwig, Sales and Management Consultant,
Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author

As I see it . . . . . . . . .
A breakthrough is a result of persistence

Maintain your persistence when facing your challenges. Remain focused on your goals when obstacles are in front of you . . . . and don’t let them to take your off purpose . . . . or take your eyes off your goals.

When things seem to become too difficult to overcome . . . .  go back and try . . . . try . . . . and try again until you reach your desired results.

A breakthrough is the result of persistence . . . . With persistence and determination you will have the mindset that you can work your way through your challenges . . .  . With that mindset you will create the breakthrough.

The Pain of Inaction

 The Pain of Inaction
“We must all suffer from one of two pains; the pain of
discipline or the pain of regret. The difference
is discipline weights ounces while
regret weights tons.”
Jim Rohn 1930 – 2009 , American Entrepreneur,
Self-Author, Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The pain of inaction

Success and inaction . . . . both come with a price.

Inaction . . . . is making the decision to procrastinate.

Procrastination is making . . . . a choice.

The choice that’s made is . . . . the of inaction which is to take the action is choosing not to act. The price of inaction is enormous. It is carried forward in the form of pain in living a life of regret for the things that you did not do . . . . and in lost opportunities.

Taking action takes self-confidence in your decision making and in your abilities. You also have to have the mental discipline to take calculated risks . . .  and to make choices.

In taking action some of your choices will create breakthrough opportunities in your life . . . . while others may have little or no impact . . . . And there will be some that you would like to forget about.

Failing to take action subordinates the choice to someone else to make the decision for you. You will lose the ability to make your choices and to choose your actions.

When it’s time to take action you have to step up . . . . and take the best actions possible in the conditions that you find yourself in.

The pain of regret for your inaction is carried forward and can become emotionally draining on you. The discipline to succeed . . . . is making choices . . . .

Taking action has a price but there is peace of mind in knowing that we’re in control of your choices . . . . your actions . . . . your the results . . . . and in your future.

The pain of inaction is enormous . . . .

Innovation is a Process

Innovation is a Process
“Sometimes when you innovate, you make mistakes. It is best
to admit them quickly and get on with improving
your other innovations.”
Steve Jobs 1955 - 2011, Entrepreneur, Marketer, Inventor,
Co-Founder of Apple, Chairman and CEO of Apple Inc

As I see it . . . . . . .

Innovation is a process

When you innovate you will be thinking out of the box . . . . using your creative talents to find the answers. Also an innovator will push their limits to create the breakthrough.

An innovator lives on the edge . . . . and on that edge they will make mistakes.

Mistakes are part of the growth cycle in life . . . . when your stretching yourself forward mistakes will happen.

When you make a mistake . . . . admit as quickly as possible. Look for the solutions to the mistake . . . . implement the solutions . . . . solve the condition . . . . and move pass it as soon as possible.

The key is admitting the mistake and focusing on the solutions and you are investing your time in resolving the mistake and putting the mistake behind you.

Innovation is a process . . . . and in that process there will be mistakes. Innovator . . . . admit their mistake . . . . find a solution  . . . . and move on.

Opportunities are Like Gains of Sand

Opportunities are Like Gains of Sand
“Many do with opportunities as children do at the seashore;
they fill their little hands with sand, and then let the
grains fall through one by one.”
Thomas Jones

As I see it . . . . . . .

Opportunities are like gains of sand

As you walk through the beach of your life . . . . The gains of sand are at your feet . . . . Anytime you want an opportunity all you have to do is to make the move to bend down . . . . and pick them up.

Some people will walk  pass the gains of sand of opportunities every day of their life without recognizing the potential of the opportunities. Or they never expend the effort that’s required to grasp the opportunities.

As children we would pick up the gains of sand and watch it slip through our fingers.

Pick up the gains of sand of your opportunities and hold them and nurture them to their full potential. An opportunity that’s nurtured has the capacity to grow into a breakthrough and change the course of your life.

Opportunities are like gains of sand . . . . their all around you. Recognize the value of the opportunities and pick them up . . . . and run with them and make the most out of them.

Bet on Your Ideas

Bet on Your Ideas
“We must have courage to bet on our ideas, to take calculated
risk, and to act. Everyday living requires courage if life is
to be effective and bring happiness.”
Maxwell Maltz 1899 - 1975, American Cosmetic Surgeon
and Author of Psycho Cybernetics

As I see it . . . . . . .

Bet on your ideas

Everything starts with an idea . . . . If you look at the greatest breakthroughs over the last century they all started as an idea. That idea then became the breakthrough when someone acted on them.

Your ideas have value . . . . Some will have the capacity to create a breakthrough in your life others, become stepping stones on your success journey.

For your ideas to create value in your life you have to act on them . . . . to bring their potential into the light of day and value into your life.

Have the courage to act on your ideas . . . . Be willing to step out of your comfort zone to try.

Bet on your ideas . . . . bet on yourself . . . . and release your personal  power to create a breakthrough in your life.

Sometimes You Need a Good Push

Motivational Power Quote

Sometimes You Need a Good Push

“Come to the edge. No, we will fall. Come to the edge. No we will fall.
They came. He pushed them and they flew.”
Guillaume Apollinaire 1880 - 1918, French Poet, Playwright,
Short Story Writer, Novelist, Art Critic

As I see it . . . . . . .

Sometimes you need a good push

There are many conditions that we will face in our lives . . . . that we may need a good push to become unstuck.

You may be stuck in your comfort zone . . . . Your forward progress feels like you’re struck in reverse and your just not making any meaningful forward progress. You may need a good push to get you off the dime to resume meaningful forward progress.

There are times in your life that you may need a hand to pull you forward.

There are also times that what you really need is a good push to get you moving in the right direction.

A good push will help you to regain your forward momentum . . . . change the direction of your career or create a breakthrough in your life and career.

The key is sometimes you need a good push . . . . to lift you to soar with the eagles.

Today Really Counts

Motivational Power Quote

Today Really Counts
“What you do today can change the course of your life-far
into the future. Today really counts.”
Ralph S. Marston Jr. Writer

As I see it . . . . . . .

Today really counts

Today is an important day in your life . . . . you have been blessed with 24 precious hours.

The day is you’re to use in any way you choose . . . .  The one sure thing about today is it will never come your way again. You can use the 24 hours that you have been given in a way to contribute to your future and your future success. Or you can let the day slip away without creating value in your life now or in the future.

Today is a day . . . . that can create a breakthrough in your life . . . . When you grasp the opportunities in your day offers and use it to build a bridge to tomorrow based on your productive activities.

Each day stands alone for 24 hours . . . . and then becomes a collection of days that shape your future.

Today really counts . . . . in building a strong foundation for your future . . . . When you approach each day as a precious resource on your success journey you create a positive environment one that will stretch you forward into greater opportunities and success.

You Can Change Your Life With a Decision

Motivational Power Quote

You Can Change Your Life With a Decision
“Using the power of decision gives you the capacity to get past
any excuse to change any and every part of your life in an instant.”
Anthony Robbins, Motivational Author and Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . .

You can change your life with a decision

In an instant . . . . you have the power to change your life with a decision.

Those decisions can open the doors to new business opportunities and being massive success into your life.

A decision can create a breakthrough to take your life and career . . . .   down a new and more prolific path of achievement.

A decision has enormous power . . . . and can have a dramatic impact on you . . . . and your career . . . . and in reaching your full potential.

For a decision to have a positive impact on your life you’re going to . . . . have to make it. Each decision that you make as an element of risk that comes with it . . . . but without that decision things will either come to a standstill or nothing positive happens.

You can change your life with a decision . . . . by making it.

Champions Push Through the Pain

Motivational Power Quote

Champions Push Through the Pain
“The man who can drive himself further once the effort gets
painful is the man who will win.”
Roger Bannister, 1st Runner to break the 4 minute mile

As I see it . . . . . . .

Champions push through the pain

There are times in your life that you can on the verge of succeeding or creating a breakthrough and you feel totally spent and exhausted . . . . in those times is where champions are made.

In those moments the champions push through the pain . . . . and stay on purpose to reach their objectives.

The champion keeps competing when others are sitting on the sidelines . . . . and watching and making excuses.

A champion listens to their inner voice for motivation . . . . and will not become distracted by the naysayers.

The pain is a result of your hard work . . . . and when you  push through the pain and stay on purpose you feel the exhilaration and being a champion and stepping into the winners circle of life.

Consider the Source

Motivational Power Quote

Consider the Source
“Don’t let the opinions of the average man sway you. Dream,
and he thinks you are crazy, Succeed and he thinks you’re
lucky. Acquire wealth, and he thinks you’re greedy. Pay no
attention. He simply doesn’t understand.”
Robert G. Allen, Canadian-American Businessman and Author

As I see it . . . . . . .

Consider the source

Anyone can have an opinion . . . . But always consider the source of that opinion.

There are those who share their opinions with you . . . . and what they share with you can be invaluable to you on your success journey. They are valuable source of information and their opinions can help you to create a breakthrough in your career.

And there are others that want to share . . . . hot air with you and call it an opinion. They can become a distraction on your success journey and their opinions have very limited or are of no value to you.

Consider the source . . . . of the information carefully before you use it.  Good information will booster you and your career and bad information will sink you like a rock.

Your Greatest Strength is Trying One More Time

Motivational Power Quote

Your Greatest Strength is Trying One More Time
“Our Greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way
to succeed is always to try just more time.”
Thomas A. Edison 1847 - 1933, American Inventor and Businessman

As I see it . . . . . . .

Your greatest strength is trying one more time

You will never know what effort will become the one that will be the one to create the breakthrough . . . . or how many times you will have to try until you open the door to the opportunity.

It’s always too early to quit . . . . and there’s always time to make the extra effort.

When it’s worthwhile it worth going for it and to keep trying . . . . and when things look the darkest . . . . try one more time.

Success will to achieved . . . .  by those who are persistent in their efforts and pursues their vision with the passion . . . . and keeps on trying.

Keep your eyes focused forward and on your objectives . . . . and you will find that your greatest strength is trying one more time.

Success is Tied to Not Giving Up

Motivational Power Quote

Success is Tied to Not Giving Up
“I realized early on that success was tied to not giving up. Most
people in this business gave up and went on to other things.
If you simply didn’t give up, you would outlast the people
who came in on business with you.”
Harrison Ford, Actor

As I see it . . . . . . .

Success is tied to not giving up

Anything that is worthwhile is working for . . . .

Success is not an event . . . . it’s the result of hard work, persistence, commitment, time and not giving up.

Far too many people decide to give up short of reaching their goals . . . .

When they give up they will never know how close they were to achieve their goals if they stayed the course.

When you read about Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Springsteen, Harrison Ford, Jim Carrey and so many more successful people . . . . Your reading about people who believed in themselves did not give up on themselves or their dreams.

Success is tied to not giving up . . . . when you feel like your back is to the wall and your ready to throw in the towel and give up. Keep going and you will find the breakthrough . . . .

Connect With People That Will Help You to Grow

Motivational Power Quote

Connect With People That Will Help You to Grow
“The size of the future you actually experience will largely
be determined by one factor; people you choose to connect
with. When you invite people who are truly committed to
growth into every aspect of your life, your own potential
for growth becomes truly unlimited.”
Dan Sullivan, author

As I see it . . . . . . .

Connect with people that will help you to grow

There are people that come into your life that are caring and will give you their time to mentor you and to help you . . . . to grow as a person to reach your full potential.

They’re not looking for personal recognition . . . . they come into your life at just the right time and their advice and counsel can help you to create a personal breakthrough and move you up the ladder of success.

The people that you attract into your life . . . . will have a significant impact on you and your career path.

Connect with the people that will help you to grow as a person. And they will bring a positive influence in to your life and will help you to grow and to achieve you full potential.

Keep Going and Don’t Give Up

Motivational Power Quote

Keep Going and Don’t Give Up
“I never tried quitting, and I never quit trying.
Dolly Parton, entertainer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Keep going and don’t give up . . . .

You can be tested at anytime, and on a regular basis . . . . It’s not a question if your going be tested on your success journey it’s more of a question of how often and how much.

Some days it would appear far easier to quit and find an easy out your challenges.

The question becomes do your push through your challenges or do you give up.

The prize goes to the person that sticks it out, tries a little bit longer, a little bit harder, and sees the challenge through to a successful conclusion.

As you push forward you will never know what part of your efforts will be the one to create the breakthrough and clear the path through your challenges.

It’s always too early to quit and it’s never the right time to stop trying . . . . Keep going and don’t give up . . . . Through your persistent effort you will find a way.

You Have to Try and Keep Trying

Motivational Power Quote

You Have to Try and Keep Trying
“Defeat is not the worst of failures, not to have tried is the true failure.”
George Woodberry, Poet

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You have to try and keep trying

You have to try and try again at the risk of failure. Everything you do will not be successful, but without taking action and trying there is no success.

Trying wears down the resistances and when you keep trying your extra effort will make all the difference.

When you encounter setbacks step over them, when obstacles occur step around them. Keep moving forward, focus on your future, and continue to try and try again.

We have to try and keep trying in the face of your challenges to apply the efforts that will result in a breakthrough to achieving the desired outcome.

Your Choices Make the Difference

Motivational Power Quote

Your Choices Make the Difference
“Life is 10 percent what happens to me,
and 90 percent how I react to it.”
John C. Maxwell, author, leadership expert

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your choices make the difference

Stuff happens . . . . Some will be good things that happen that have the potential to have a positive impact on your life and career. Other things that happen to you have the potential be great when there acted on. They can create a breakthrough and accelerate you forward in achieving your goals.

And there are some things that happen that you would like to forget about, but never the less stuff happens to you.

The key becomes how do you respond to what happens to you?

Your choices make the difference. You can take a bad situation and make the right choices to change the direction of a bad situation. Or you can make a bad choice in a great situation and lose the opportunity.

Life is a series of choices, you can’t always control what happens to you, but you can control what you do as a result of what happens. That choice makes all the difference.

Life is a series of choices and in those choices you create your future.

When it comes right down to it stuff happens . . . . Your choices make the difference and in those choices you make your life.

Face Change Boldly With an Open Mind
“Not everything that’s faced can be changed.
But nothing can be changed until it is faced.”
James Baldwin, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Face change boldly with an open mind

Change may be one of the only constant in your life.

Not everything you face in life can be changed, but without facing change boldly nothing changes.

The one thing that is consistent in your lives is change.

When you’re facing change step out of your comfort zone and look at change as an opportunity to expand your thinking and to open a new door to greater opportunity.

Change can create a new beginning in pursuing our goals; change can also create a breakthrough to reach new heights in your success journey.

Face change boldly with an open mind and you’ll see things in a difference light.
