“An open mind becomes a magnet of possibilities.
By keeping you mind open your possibilities
become opportunities and your
opportunities become the
stepping stones to
unlimited limited success.”
Lou Ludwig, Sales and Management Consultant,

As I see it . . . . . . . .
Keep your mind open to the possibilities

The opportunities become unlimited for the person who has an open mind . .  . .  and keeps it open with the willingness to look for them.

Pursue your opportunities with an open mind . . . . and you will turn them into the stepping stones to unlimited success.

Setting the Bar for Your Expectations

Setting the Bar for Your Expectations
“Achievement is largely the product of steadily
raising one’s level.”
Jack Nicklaus, Professional Golfer

As I see it . . . . . . . .
Setting the bar for your expectations

When you establish crystal clear expectations for your future . . . . you create the foundation in your minds on how you will achieve your maximum potential.

Steadily raising the bar of your expectations and aspirations just a little higher . . . . and a little out of your reach cause you to stretch out of your comfort zone.

As you stretch out of your comfort zone you stretch your potential, as a result your potential steadily grows . . . . and will never return to its previous size.
Continually raising the bar of expectations will maximize your achievements and the level of success that you will achieve.

Setting the bar for your expectation  . . . . sets the high water mark for what you expect to achieve . . . . Set the bar high and stretch yourself to clear that bar to reach your full potential.

Stretch Yourself Beyond Your Limits

Stretch Yourself Beyond Your Limits
“No matter how many goals you have achieve, you must set
your sights on a higher one.”
Jessica Savitch 1947 – 1983, American Television
Broadcaster, News Reporter

As I see it . . . . . . .  .
Stretch yourself beyond your limits

Set your sights high . . . .  set your sights beyond your reach . . . . and stretch yourself beyond your limits.

Set big goals . . . . and believe that you will achieve your goals . . . .  Dream big dreams . . . .  and peruse them with the passion and the purpose to live them.

Set your sights high . . . . Stretch yourself beyond your limits . . . . and take massive action . . . . to make them a reality.

You will only hit the targets that you aim for . . . . When you set your sights high you elevate your goals to a higher level . . . . and create loftier goals.

When you stretch yourself beyond your limits . . . . You will come to realize that your potential is greater then what you once thought it was.

Opportunities are Like Gains of Sand

Opportunities are Like Gains of Sand
“Many do with opportunities as children do at the seashore;
they fill their little hands with sand, and then let the
grains fall through one by one.”
Thomas Jones

As I see it . . . . . . .

Opportunities are like gains of sand

As you walk through the beach of your life . . . . The gains of sand are at your feet . . . . Anytime you want an opportunity all you have to do is to make the move to bend down . . . . and pick them up.

Some people will walk  pass the gains of sand of opportunities every day of their life without recognizing the potential of the opportunities. Or they never expend the effort that’s required to grasp the opportunities.

As children we would pick up the gains of sand and watch it slip through our fingers.

Pick up the gains of sand of your opportunities and hold them and nurture them to their full potential. An opportunity that’s nurtured has the capacity to grow into a breakthrough and change the course of your life.

Opportunities are like gains of sand . . . . their all around you. Recognize the value of the opportunities and pick them up . . . . and run with them and make the most out of them.

See the Opportunity

See the Opportunity
“The great thing is the start - - to see an opportunity for service,
and start doing it, ever though in the beginning your service
a single customer - - and him for nothing .”
John Collier 1884 – 1968, American Social Reformer,
Native American Advocate, Commissioner of Indian Affairs

As I see it . . . . . . .

See the opportunity

To see the opportunity is the first step . . . . in maximizing the opportunity.

The second step is to determine . . .  how to service that opportunity to its fullest potential.

The third step is . . . . being of service expands the opportunity to new heights.

With a service mindset . . . . you’ll create your own opportunities. Delivering your services with excellence puts you into a position to create a continued flow of new opportunities.

Build your business on being of service to others . . . . and you will build your business on a solid foundation to sustain the business.

See the opportunity . . . . service that idea  . . . . and your building a customer centric business model.

The Chances You Take

The Chances You Take
“The sad truth is that opportunity doesn’t knock twice. You
can put things off until tomorrow but tomorrow may
never come. Where will you be a few years down the
line, will it be everything you dreamed of? We seal
our fate with the choices we makes, but don’t
give a thought to the chances we take.”
Gloria Estefan, Cuban –American Entertainer

As I see it . . . . . . .

The chances you take

All of life is a chance . . . . with all chances there is an element of risk and reward.

For the person that makes the choice not to take chances, lives a life of the status quo . . . .

The person that’s willing to take a chance . . . . lives in the world of opportunity and looks to expand their horizon and to stretch the limits of their potential.

If you want greater opportunity . . . . you have to take a chance.

If you want a promotion . . . . you have to take a take a chance.

If you want to grow your income . . . . you have to take a chance.

If you want to succeed . . . . you have to take a chance.

You future depends . . . . your attitude . . . . and on the chances you take.

Bet on Your Ideas

Bet on Your Ideas
“We must have courage to bet on our ideas, to take calculated
risk, and to act. Everyday living requires courage if life is
to be effective and bring happiness.”
Maxwell Maltz 1899 - 1975, American Cosmetic Surgeon
and Author of Psycho Cybernetics

As I see it . . . . . . .

Bet on your ideas

Everything starts with an idea . . . . If you look at the greatest breakthroughs over the last century they all started as an idea. That idea then became the breakthrough when someone acted on them.

Your ideas have value . . . . Some will have the capacity to create a breakthrough in your life others, become stepping stones on your success journey.

For your ideas to create value in your life you have to act on them . . . . to bring their potential into the light of day and value into your life.

Have the courage to act on your ideas . . . . Be willing to step out of your comfort zone to try.

Bet on your ideas . . . . bet on yourself . . . . and release your personal  power to create a breakthrough in your life.

From a Seed a Giant Tree Grows

From a Seed a Giant Tree Grows
“You can build any future you want if you let yourself grow, have
faith in your dreams or vision, and become open to new ideas.”
John F. Wasik, Journalist, Author, Speaker, Consultant

As I see it . . . . . . .

From a seed a giant tree grows

When our youngest daughter started to play soccer at age 5, my wife and I along with the other parents would be at the soccer field in the hot sun. The trees around the soccer had just been planted and offered very little relief from the hot Florida sun.

Well the years have rolled by and today at the soccer field the parents benefit from the growth of the trees and take advantage of the shade that the trees offers.

Here’s the key is . . . . If you want sit under the tree and benefit from the shade . . . . you have to plant the seed for it to grow.

Your careers is no different . . . . If your goal is to have a successful career and see the benefits from your efforts . . . . You are going to have to plant the seeds of your personal development and nurture them to into full growth.

From a seed a giant tree grows . . . . from a seed your personal development will grow your career. Your potential and your career potential are unlimited . . . . when you plant the seed of your success and nurture to its full potential.

Your Faith is an Excitement and Enthusiasm

Motivational Power Quote

Your Faith is an Excitement and Enthusiasm

squander on our way through life in the small coin of empty
words, or on fact priggish argument.”

As I see it . . . . . . .

Your faith is an excitement and enthusiasm

Find Your Purpose

Motivational Power Quote

Find Your Purpose
“What everyman needs, regardless of his job or kind of work
he is doing, is a vision of what his place is and may be. He
needs objectives and a purpose, He needs a feeling and belief
that he has some worthwhile thing to do. What this is no one
can tell him. It must be his own creation.”
Joseph M. Dodge 1890 – 1964, Author, Leading Authority
On United States Tax Law

As I see it . . . . . . .

Find your purpose

Find what you would do even if you were not paid . . . . Now find a way to get paid for it . . . . and you have found your true purpose.

Most people go to work every day and hate what they do . . . . they go through the motions and hate every minute of their day. They live for their days off and dread the morning that they have to go back to work.

They will never reach their potential . . . . not because of the lack of talent they lack the motivation to apply themselves and never fully engage their job.

If you find yourself in this rut . . . .  you have reached a point either were you continue to do what you hate doing. Or you climb out of that rut and find your purpose . . . . and peruse that purpose with passion and make it your mission.

Do What Turns You On . . . .

Motivational Power Quote

Do What Turns You On . . . .
“The one piece of advice I can give you is, do what turns you on. Do something that if you had all the money in the world, you’d still have a reason to jump out of bed in the morning.”
Warren Buffett, American Investor and philanthropist

As I see it . . . . . . .

Do what turns you on . . . .

Do what turns you on . . . . and what you do will never be a job.

There are far too many people that go to work every day and dislike their job and what they do . . . . they live their life for their days off.

They drag themselves out of bed each day and dread the day in front of them. They go through the motions at work with pain and can’t wait to get out the door at the end of day.

Their life is a rut and their career is a job . . . . and they will never reach their true potential as a result.

When you do what turns you on and enjoy what you’re doing . . . . You will never view it as work or a job. It’s your mission and your passion and you will eagerly pursue what you involved in without looking at the clock.

Find what turns you on . . . . and what you would do as a career even if you would not be paid for your efforts. When you find it you would have found you true purpose in life . . . . and the pathway to your greatest success.

Do what turns you on . . . . and you will never WORK a another day in your life . . . . you will be living your passion.

Talk is Just Talk – Just Do It

Motivational Power Quote

Talk is Just Talk – Just Do It
“Don’t tell me what you’re going to do,
show me what you’re already done.”
Gary Ryan Blair, The Goal Guy

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Talk is just talk – just do it

You can tell me until your blue in the face about . . . . what you’re going to do. But I have found that . . . . talk is just talk. Show me what you’re going to do in your actions.

Talking about something without taking action won’t create success . . . . It’s procrastination.

Having an idea and taking action has the potential of opening new doors . . . . and creating the opportunities for enormous success. The same idea without action just fades away without ever knowing what potential that idea may have generated.

It far better to be a person of few words that takes massive action . . . . then a person that talks and takes no action.

Don’t talk about it – just do it . . . . there is a time to stop talking and a time to take action and that time is right now.

Remember that talk is just talk – just do it. Be a person of action striving in the direction of your goals and success.

The Discipline of How You Use Your Talent

Motivational Power Quote

The Discipline of How You Use Your Talent
“Someone might have a germ of talent, but 90% of it is disciple
and how you practice it. What you do with it, instinct won’t
carry you through the entire journey. It’s what you do in
the moments between inspiration.”
Cate Blanchett, Actress

As I see it . . . . . . .

The discipline of how you use your talent

Some or born with natural talent . . . . and there are some that have to work hard to develop their talent.

Natural talent can open doors and booster a person’s career . . . . but natural talent along will not sustain the person’s career or success journey.

Natural talent is god given and we’re all born with it . . . . The question becomes do you nurture it with hard work to reach your full potential . . . . or do you try to get by with your natural talent along?

For you to get the most out of their talent you will . . . . have work hard at expanding it and getting your talent to the next level.

One would think that most successful people are the ones with the most talent . . . . Not So.

Successful people in every aspect of life were born natural talent with various degrees of that talent . . . . but they are the ones that worked hard and became on overachiever by maximizing their natural talent.

The discipline of how you use your talent . . . .  will determine the amount of air you that put under your wings and if you will soar with the eagles or remain on the ground.

A Constant State of Renewal

Motivational Power Quote

A Constant State of Renewal
“Most human organizations that fall short of their goals do
so not because of stupidity or faulty doctrines, but because
of internal decay and revivifications. They grow stiff in
the joint. They get in a rut, They go to seed.”
James A. Garfield 1831 – 1881, 20th President of the United States

As I see it . . . . . . .

A constant state of renewal

We will soon be entering spring  . . . . a time of renewal and growing.

Each of our lives need a time to renew . . . . to shake out the old, to prune out what’s needed to be moved to allow new growth.

Your life is in a constant state of renewal  . . . . when you become brittle with the old, you won’t leave the room in your live to accept the new and to create the renewal in your life to grow.

Great forests are in a constant state of renewal . . . . the renewal of the forest allows for new life to take root and give room for the mature trees to grow strong.

Without renewal a great forest will wittier and start to decay from within.

You need to be in a constant state of renewal to grow as a person and to reach your full potential.

A Mentor Brings Out the Best in You

Motivational Power Quote

A Mentor Brings Out the Best in You
“A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability
within you, than you see in yourself, and helps
bring it out of you.”
Bob Proctor, Speaker, Success coach

As I see it . . . . . . .

A mentor brings out the best in you

A mentor sees you as a person and at the same time they will see you’re potential.

Mentors seem to come into your life at just the right time. They will also be are there to offer you a helping hand, pull you forward or a push in the right direction to bring out the best in you.

A mentor seems to know what you need and when you need it. But there are times that you are going to have to ask for assistance or seek a mentor out.

Given the right opportunity the mentor will stretch your personal belief system and your thinking in breaking out of your current mind set. They will stretch you into a world of new possibilities and opportunities that would not be reached with your current thinking.

A mentor will get you to believe in yourself and in your potential. They will help you to step into future and expand your horizons to see things as they can be and offer the helping hand and advice to get you there.

You can achieve anything that you believe can. The mentor will introduce new thinking including new methods and strategies to move you in the right direction.

Surround yourself with people that will mentor and motivate you. Then take the responsibility to motivate your self everyday on the journey to personal greatness.

A mentor brings out the best in you . . . . When you are receptive to new thinking and view you future through the eyes of a possible attitude.

You Can Do What You See and Believe

Motivational Power Quote

You Can Do What You See and Believe
“I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I
set him free.”
Michelangelo 1475 – 1564, Renaissance Sculptor, Printer,
Architect, Poet

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You can do what you see and believe

When you look at the marble of your life what do we see?

Michelangelo could look into a slab of marble and see it’s potential.

When he looked at a slab of marble he had a vision of what the marble could be. Michelangelo looked into a slab of marble and could see the angel hidden inside of it. He had the vision and the talent to turn slab of marble into a great work of art.

While other people missed what Michelangelo could see, he saw the angel and all they only see it as slab of marble.

Our life is a lot like Michelangelo and the slab of marble.

You can do what you see yourself doing. You have to look deep within yourself and chisel away at your marble until you release the potential and the angel within you.

That angel is your personal power to live the life that you where meant to live and to release your power to achieve great things. you have to believe in yourself and see it in your potential.

Don’t walk past the marble of your life without seeing the angel waiting to be released.

You can do what you see and believe. See it, believe it and then just do it.

Grow To Your Potential

Motivational Power Quote

Grow To Your Potential
“When a man cares he is unafraid.
When he is fair,
he leaves enough for others:
when he is humble,
be can grow.”
Lao Tzu, Chinese philosopher

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Grow to your potential

A person that can boldly step into their future unafraid of the path that they’re chosen will grow as a person and see their potential grow to the next level.

When we’re fair with people and treat them with respect our credible increases and our potential will continue to expand.

We reach our potential when we’re willing to expend the efforts to release our potential.

We will grow our potential when we’re willing to work at getting better.
