From a seed a giant tree grows

When our youngest daughter started to play soccer at age 5, my wife and I along with the other parents would be at the soccer field in the hot sun. The trees around the soccer had just been planted and offered very little relief from the hot Florida sun.

Well the years have rolled by and today at the soccer field the parents benefit from the growth of the trees and take advantage of the shade that the trees offers.

Here’s the key is . . . . If you want sit under the tree and benefit from the shade . . . . you have to plant the seed for it to grow.

Your careers is no different . . . . If your goal is to have a successful career and see the benefits from your efforts . . . . You are going to have to plant the seeds of your personal development and nurture them to into full growth.

From a seed a giant tree grows . . . . from a seed your personal development will grow your career. Your potential and your career potential are unlimited . . . . when you plant the seed of your success and nurture to its full potential.

Take responsibility for direction of your life and for your success.


You and you alone choose the path that you pick to travel. At any time you can make a decision that you want to change the direction of your life.


If you are not happy with the direction that your life is taking you: change it. What you do with your life is a personal choice and you can do or achieve anything that you believe that you can do and achieve.


You can choose to live a life of unlimited possibilities or a life of self- limitations


You can change the course of your life by taking the responsibility to change it and by taking the actions to make the change occur.


When we make a mistake, take responsibility for the mistake and the responsibility to correct it. Use your mistakes as learning experiences.


When you experience a setback take the personal responsibility for working through the setback and finding the best solution.


Taking personal responsibility for our life creates personal power and puts you in control of your life’s journey and for your results.

We will climb the mountain that we believe that we can climb.


The only limitations that we have are the limitations in our beliefs. We will do what we believe we can do and achieve what we believe we can achieve.


Dr. Martin Luther King dared to dream.


Dr. King had a dream and he believed in his dream with passion. His passion was so strong that he could express the vision of his dream through his words and from those words other could see the same vision.


Dr. King stretched the limits of the day to accomplish and inspired a generation to dare to dream and believe.


Dr. King is an example of the power to dare to believe.
