When you find that something special that inspires you; you have found the key that will open the doors to stretching your limits into the success zone.

When you’re inspirited you will find your true passion.    

Your inspiration will light the fire of your passion and that passion will push you to work a little harder and a little longer to get you closer to your goals.

When you’re inspired you get into the success zone. In the success zone everything becomes possible and what we’re doing seems effortless.

You control the intensity of your motivation 

Motivation is the fire that burns from within you . . . . you’re the only person that can light . . . . and keep it burning.

People will come into your life and attempt to light the fire of motivation for you. If they are able to create a spark the only way that spark will turn into a flame of motivation is when you light the fire of motivation within you.

If a person relies on other person to light the fire of motivation within them and to keeps it burning. They will come to find that the spark of motivation will flicker . . . . and burn out quickly.

You have the ability to light the spark of motivation within you . . . . and to turn the motivation into a passion to reach your goals.

Your motivation will encourage you to do a little more . . . .  try a little harder . . . . and to stay on purpose to see your goals through until you have achieved a successful outcome.

As I see it . . . . . . .

A life of possibilities

The difference between what become possible for one person . . . . and impossible for other is in a person’s determination.

Tommy Lasorda played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for 4 years and appeared in just 26 games as a major league pitcher. In his entire major league baseball career he never won a game and lost 4 games.

Tommy Lasorda used his knowledge of baseball and his determination to propel him to the next level.

He became a hall of fame manager for the Dodgers. Tommy was twice being named manager of the year, winning 1599 games and 2 World Series over the span of a 21 year career as the Dodgers manger.

Lasorda found what was possible in his determination . . . . and he pursued his career with passion and enthusiasm.

That determination resides within all of us. You have to reach down into your character to release your determination.

A life of possibilities . . . . is a life of determination that you make  possible in your attitude and through your actions.

There are far too many people that go to work every day and dislike their job and what they do . . . . they live their life for their days off.

They drag themselves out of bed each day and dread the day in front of them. They go through the motions at work with pain and can’t wait to get out the door at the end of day.

Their life is a rut and their career is a job . . . . and they will never reach their true potential as a result.

When you do what turns you on and enjoy what you’re doing . . . . You will never view it as work or a job. It’s your mission and your passion and you will eagerly pursue what you involved in without looking at the clock.

Find what turns you on . . . . and what you would do as a career even if you would not be paid for your efforts. When you find it you would have found you true purpose in life . . . . and the pathway to your greatest success.

As I see it . . . . . . . 

Make the effort to do all you can do

This quote is the title of an outstanding book written by, A.L. Williams in 1988.

The book is timeless and is still appropriate today for those who strive to become the best that they can be in their business and in their lives.

It tells the story how A.L. Williams took control of his life and changes the path he was on to become a successful entrepreneur.

A.L. Williams grew up wanting to follow in his father’s footstep to become a football coach. He achieved his goal and became a successful high school football coach.

A.L. Williams father died a young age and died without any form of insurance. His family was left to struggle both emotionally and financially that event changed the course of A.L. Williams life.

While still coaching football A.L. Williams took on a part time job amd became a successful insurance salesperson.

Now for the rest of the story . . . .

The death A.L. Williams father left a lasting impression on him.

His mission became his passion. Has A.L. became successful selling insurance he took the next step and started a insurance company that would go on to specialized in selling  term life insurance policies.

Term life insurance is far more affordable than the traditional insurance policies and made life insurance available at lower costs and on that business model A.L. built a successful company.

I would highly recommend the book. I found my copy on Amazon.com, just Google the book by name.

A.L. Williams followed his passion to be all he could be. He made the effort to do all that you can do and you will find that all you can do will be enough to achieve your goals

They look at their work as a mission and not as a job and they move though their days with a high level of enthusiasm.

Successful people meet with their fair share of challenges and setback. Their focus remains fixed on the purpose and a successful outcome. They will view their challenges and setback as speed bumps and find a way to push pass them.

Successful people have a passion for what they do. Their passion is instrument in their success and their wealth is a byproduct of their success.
