When the Boat is Constantly Leaking

When the Boat is Constantly Leaking
“Should you find yourself in a chronically leaking boat, energy
devoted to changing vessels is likely to be more productive
than energy devoted to patching leaks.”
Warren Buffett, Berkshire Hathaway. CEO

As I see it . . . . . . .

When the boat is constantly leaking

When the boat is constantly leaking . . . . you have to make a choice. Do you continue to invest your time and energy in a boat that will be in the same state after all your effort?

Or is it time to get into a new boat and redirect your time and energy in doing what’s important to move you forward?

If you’re investing a massive amount of time and energy for minimal results you reached a point . . . . to where a change is needed.

Refocus your time and energy on doing the things that are most important for you to reach your goals . . . . and move the trivial activities aside.

When you refocus you will find yourself becoming more productive . . . . Where your making far better use of your time . . . . and you will find yourself being energized.

When the boat is constantly leaking . . . . make the decision to do what’s important for you and your future.

The Pond of Security
“We can’t be afraid of change. You may feel very secure in the
pond that you are in, but if you never venture out of it, you
will never know that there is such a thing as an ocean a sea.
Holding onto something that is good for you now, may
be the very reason why you don’t have something better.”
C. JoyBell C., Writer, Poet, Novelist

As I see it . . . . . . .

The pond of security

The pond of security . . . . is your comfort zone . . . . you move through it day after day repeating the routines of the past with very little or no variation.

It’s a pond of limited thinking . . . . and limited beliefs . . . . with both limiting your personal growth and your forward progress.

The pond of security . . . . is a false illusion. There is a bigger risk in being in your comfort zone then in stepping out of it.

As business environments change the safety of being in your comfort zone as not prepared you, neither to take advantage of the change nor to adapt to the change. This will result in falling behind the business curve and not being able to successfully compete.

The pond of security . . . . becomes a trap.

Confront your Challenges With Courage

Motivational Power Quote

Confront Your Challenges With Courage
“Only by contending with challenges that seem to be beyond
your strength to handle at the moment you can
grow more surely toward the stars.”
Brian Tracy, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Confront your challenges with courage

Challenges are those things that we encounter along the way of our success journey. How we respond too those challenges will determine the pace and direction of our success journey.

Only when you confront your challenges, are you able to resolve them and to continue the forward progress of your success journey.

An unresolved challenge becomes an anchor and creates resistant’s to your forward progress and will either create a drag on your career or stop you dead in the water and sink you.

Confront your challenges with courage . . . .

When you confront your challenges with courage . . . . you will become stronger and grow. As you grow as a person your world grows as well and as a result you increase your reach and your opportunities.

Confront your challenges with courage . . . . and reach as far as you can . . . . and then stretch yourself a little bit further each day . . . . and you will finding yourself reaching for the stars.

Your Instinct

Motivational Power Quote

Your Instinct
“When you are in the zone your intuition comes to the forefront . . .
Your intuition will guide you. It’s your friend.
It has information your mind does not have.
When you are a zone performer – no matter what it is you do –
you are operating on intuition and you have an
unfair advantage over the competition.”
Jim Fannin, author

As I see it . . . . . . .

Your instinct

When you’re in the zone your instincts take over.

Michael Jordon is a good example of being in the zone as a basketball player. When the game was on the line and making last shot would win the game they gave the ball to Michael.

Not only did they give the ball to Michael.

Michael wanted the ball and he has the sixth sense to know exactly what to do and how to do at that moment in the game.

Through his years of playing basketball Michael was a hard worker. He was committed to devolve and maintain his skills at a cutting level and Michael work hard to play basketball with excellences.

Your instincts are developed through commitment, hard work and over time when it comes down to one shot your instincts will be there for you do the right thing at the right time.

Let Go . . . .

Motivational Power Quote

Let Go . . . .
“The moment you commit and quit holding back,
All sort of unforeseen incidents, meeting and
material assistance, will rise up to help you.
The simple act of commitment is powerful magnet for help.”
Napoleon Hill, author, self – help expert

As I see it . . . . . . .

Let go . . . .

Let go . . . . and quit holding back.

Release your personal power and make the commitment to go after what you want and go after it with passion.

Holding back boxes in your potential and shuts down your opportunities. By holding back you build the self imposed walls of limitations.

Let go . . . . and quit holding back.

When you let go you open up a new world of possibilities and you will stretch your limits to new heights.

When you make a commitment you’re making a promise to yourself to let go of the status quo and to broaden your horizons

Let go . . . .  of what’s been holding you back and you will feel a weight being lifted off of your shoulders, old burdens being left behind and a new found freedom to move forward.

Wealth is a Byproduct of . . . .

Motivational Power Quote

Wealth is a Byproduct of . . . .
“The fact remains that the overwhelming majority of people
who have become wealthy have become so thanks to
to work they found profoundly absorbing.
The long term study of people who eventually
become wealthy clearly reveals that their
“Luck” from the accidental dedication
they had to an area they enjoyed.”
Srully Blotnick, author

As I see it . . . . . . .
Wealth is a byproduct of . . . .

There are common traits that are evident is highly successful people.

They have a passion for what they do, and they truly enjoy what they do.

Their passion moves them into action and keeps their interest at a high level comes from within. They are fascinated in their purpose and motivational to achieve a successful outcome.

They look at their work as a mission and not as a job and they move though their days with a high level of enthusiasm.

Successful people meet with their fair share of challenges and setback. Their focus remains fixed on the purpose and a successful outcome. They will view their challenges and setback as speed bumps and find a way to push pass them.

Successful people have a passion for what they do. Their passion is instrument in their success and their wealth is a byproduct of their success.
