The Pond of Security
“We can’t be afraid of change. You may feel very secure in the
pond that you are in, but if you never venture out of it, you
will never know that there is such a thing as an ocean a sea.
Holding onto something that is good for you now, may
be the very reason why you don’t have something better.”
C. JoyBell C., Writer, Poet, Novelist

As I see it . . . . . . .

The pond of security

The pond of security . . . . is your comfort zone . . . . you move through it day after day repeating the routines of the past with very little or no variation.

It’s a pond of limited thinking . . . . and limited beliefs . . . . with both limiting your personal growth and your forward progress.

The pond of security . . . . is a false illusion. There is a bigger risk in being in your comfort zone then in stepping out of it.

As business environments change the safety of being in your comfort zone as not prepared you, neither to take advantage of the change nor to adapt to the change. This will result in falling behind the business curve and not being able to successfully compete.

The pond of security . . . . becomes a trap.

The Value of Self-Development

Motivational Power Quote

The Value of Self-Development
“If You wish to achieve worthwhile things in your personal and
career life, you must become a worthwhile person in your
own self-development.”
Brian Tracy, Self-Help Author and Motivational Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . .

The value of self-development

The business environment continues to change and evolve . . . . for those that don’t change and evolve will find themselves being left behind.

Yesterday skills worked yesterday . . . . success in a new business environment requires changing and adapting to stay in front of the business curve.

Investing in your self-development is no longer optional . . . . It’s imperative to remain competitive. Don’t allow yourself to fall behind the business curve . . . . Continue to invest in yourself to keep you on the leading edge of your profession and to remind relevant and competitive.

The value of self-development . . . . returns to you on a daily basis through your skills and actions.
