The Pond of Security
“We can’t be afraid of change. You may feel very secure in the
pond that you are in, but if you never venture out of it, you
will never know that there is such a thing as an ocean a sea.
Holding onto something that is good for you now, may
be the very reason why you don’t have something better.”
C. JoyBell C., Writer, Poet, Novelist

As I see it . . . . . . .

The pond of security

The pond of security . . . . is your comfort zone . . . . you move through it day after day repeating the routines of the past with very little or no variation.

It’s a pond of limited thinking . . . . and limited beliefs . . . . with both limiting your personal growth and your forward progress.

The pond of security . . . . is a false illusion. There is a bigger risk in being in your comfort zone then in stepping out of it.

As business environments change the safety of being in your comfort zone as not prepared you, neither to take advantage of the change nor to adapt to the change. This will result in falling behind the business curve and not being able to successfully compete.

The pond of security . . . . becomes a trap.

Be Comfortable With Change

Motivational Power Quote

Be Comfortable With Change

“Life is know only by those
who have found a way to be comfortable
with change and unknown.
Given the nature of life,
there may be no security,
but only adventure.”
Rachel Naomi Remsen

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Be comfortable with change

One of the few consistences in life is change.

Change should not be feared. Change just happens and we have to make the most of the change that comes into our lives.

Look for the opportunities in the change that we encounter and turn change into an advantage.

Embrace change and use the change as momentum to move forward.

Be comfortable change and make change work for you.
