As I see it . . . . . . .

Positive visualizing is a powerful force

What you continuously visualize will become embedded into your thinking.

A very interesting fact is that mind can’t distinguish between what is imaged and what is real. 

For years the East Germans Trained their Olympic athletes in the art visualizing. The athletes were trained to visualize the event in their mind and to play and play their event back in their thinking. They would see themselves going through their event and winning it.

Their visualizing became so strong in the athletes mind that their muscles would reacting to the event as if the athlete was actually participating in the event. Their heart rate increased and they would be sweating the same way that they would be in the real event.

The mind couldn’t distinguish between the athlete participating in the event and going through visualizing training.

In that era the East German athletes became some of the most successful athletes in the world.

Positive visualizing is a powerful force; put yourself into a vision of living your goals as already being achieved and enjoying your success. Your vision will become so strong that you will become that person and you will live your goals and dreams.

We can also form poor or negative habits that drain our energy and will being our success journey to a stop. Negative habits have a harmful impact on us and our lives.

Habits creep into our lives; nurture the positive habits and allow them to grow. Identify the negative habits and make every effort to remove those habits from your life.

In time habits become imbedded into our thinking and in our actions. Long term habits become so deep ingrained that we have to have the personal strength to remove the negative habits.

Habits creep into our lives and we have to decide if we’re going to nurture them or remove them.

There are times that the things around us become overwhelming and it seems that we will be over come by the tide sweeping into our lives.


In moments like those we may feel that it would be far easier to retreat and push back away from our goals and dreams. In reality it may be easier to push back then push forward. But we will find that by pushing back things will not improve and we have surrendered our goals and dreams for a false sense of short term comfort.


We will find success in life not by surrendering but in standing firm in our resolve to push forward through the challenging waters in our life and to remain standing.


Every storm will pass with time; we may not come through the storm without some bumps and bruises but they will soon heal.


But what remains important as you whether the storms in your life is to keep your goals and dreams as your beacon to guide you through the turbulences that you encounter.


The storms in your life can turn you away from your goals and dreams or with your persistence the tide will turn to your favor. The choice is yours to hold on and the tide will turn.

There are people that you will meet that their number one goal in life will be to distract you and detail your success journey. They get personal satisfaction when they see people fail and they will do everything in their power to push a person into the direction of failure.
Pick your associations wisely and associate with the people that will booster you and mentor you in the direction of success.
