Move Forward Into the New Year With a Purpose

Move Forward Into the New Year With a Purpose
“The person that knows where they’re going moves forward
with a purpose. The person without a plan drifts
aimlessly without a purpose. The question is
what direction what direction are you
moving in . . . . and what do you
want to move in?”
Lou Ludwig, Sales and Management Consultant,
Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author

As I see it . . . . . . . .
Move forward into the New Year with a purpose

Don’t turn back . . . . don’t stop . . . . and keep moving forward with a purpose.

A Busy Bee

A Busy Bee
“You can see a busy bee is flying from here to there with their
wings moving as fast as they can go. You will also see
business professionals seeming to doing the same
thing. It’s not how fast your going it’s going
in the right direction  with a purpose
that’s important.”
Lou Ludwig, Sales and Management Consultant,
Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author

As I see it . . . . . . . .
A busy bee

A busy bee seems to be in . . . . a repetitive state of motion.

Business professionals . . . . are multitasking and seem to be moving as fast as they can go.

The question to ask the business professional is what are they accomplishing? What is the quality of the finished product of their efforts and is what they’re doing moving them closer to successfully achieve their goals?

People will not judge you by the things you start. You will be evaluated by the quality of the things you finish.

If you believe that what you’re doing is worth doing . . . . and will add value to your life make every effort to see it through to a successful outcome . . . . and do it with quality. When what your doing is important to your future success . . . . stay with it a little longer and don’t quit. Make the extra effort with renewed energy . . . . and bring what you’re doing to a success conclusion.

Being a busy bee . . . . or multitasking  with poor results becomes a waste of time . . . .  and efforts.  People will judge you by what you finish successfully.

On purpose activity that creates quality results . . .  and will have a positive impact on your career and your future . . . .  while a busy bee is just flying around. Don’t become that busy bee . . . . be an on purpose business professional.

Blueprint of Success

 Blueprint of Success
“Your blue print for success creates a clear vision for your
future . . . . And the plan to build your career on a solid
foundation to support your success journey to get
you to your destination.
Lou Ludwig, Sales and Management Consultant,
Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author

As I see it . . . . . . . .
Blueprint of success

Achieving success has a blueprint that starts with the foundation of having a clear vision of what you want to achieve.  From that vision you have to create a plan to give you a road map to give you the direction to achieve a successful outcome.

There has to be a commitment to succeed on your part . . . .  and a plan to steer you in the right direction in order to reach your destination.

You have to make the effort to succeed by applying the hard work . . . . and to stick to your plan to achieve success. You will also have to mix in some good old fashion common sense to reach your objectives.

Draw a blueprint of success . . . . and follow it on your success journey to reach your destination.

Success is Not an Isolated Event

Success is not an isolated event . . . . it the result of a dictated effort to achieve your goals.

Vince Lombardi said, “Winning is not everything – but making the effort to win is.”

Success is achieved through a commitment to succeed . . . . and in making the efforts to ensure your success.

Wanting to succeed without the application of effort . . . . is a recipe for losing.

Success takes both planning . . . . and a consistent effort to move you in the right direction to achieve your goals.

Your plan has to match your goals . . . . and your actions have to support your goals and plan.

Making the efforts to succeed is the foundation to create a successful outcome.

Success is not an isolated event it’s the combination of a personal commitment to succeed, a well thought your plan and making a massive effort to achieve the desired results.

It’s Your Perseverance

It’s Your Perseverance
“In the realm of ideas everything depends on enthusiasm . . . . in
the real world all rests on perseverance.”
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe 1749 - 1832, German Writer
and Politician

As I see it . . . . . . .

It’s your perseverance

Your enthusiasm is the fire in your passion that gets you started . . . . and gives you the  zeal to keep a high energy level in pursuing a successful outcome.

It’s your perseverance that creates the staying power in your will to keep you going in the face of challenging conditions.

Your perseverance is the determination THAT YOU WILL SUCCEED. With that determination you will push through your obstacles and breakdown the barriers that you encounter in your pursuit to achieve successful results.

It’s your perseverance that will carry the day . . . . and create the forward momentum to keep you moving in the right direction.

It’s your perseverance that will successfully carry you across the finish line.

When everything is said and done it will going to be your perseverance.

Something to Face the World With

Something to Face the World With
“People Deserve . . . . the truth. They deserve honesty. The best
music, you can seek some shelter in it momentarily, but
it’s essentially there to provide you something to
face the world with.”
Bruce Springsteen, Singer and Songwriter

As I see it . . . . . . .

Something to face the world with

Some people face the world with their faith . . . . in that faith they have the strength to push forward . . . . and to keep trying without giving up.

Their faith gives them the determination to pick themselves up after a failure . . . . and to work through their obstacles to create a successful results.

Having faith in yourself gives you the extra boost and the added push to stretch your limits out of your comfort zone . . . . and to step into the possibility zone.

Face the world with your faith and you will have the wind at your back and that wind will propel you forward in the direction of your goals.

When you face the world with your faith . . . . you will have the confidence in your actions and the determination to create a successful outcome.

Something to face the world with . . . . means difference things to different people . . . . But when you face the world with faith . . . . it makes all the difference and that difference will become a big difference in achieve your goals.

It’s Not What Other People Say It’s What You Do

It’s Not What Other People Say It’s What You Do
“It’s doesn’t matter how many say it cannot be done or how
many people have tried it before; it’s important to realize
that whatever you’re doing. It’s you’re first attempt at it.”
Wally Amos, Founder of Famous Amos Chocolate Chips
Cookies

As I see it . . . . . . .

It’s not what other people say it’s what you do

People will tell you it can’t be done . . . . and you shouldn’t waste your time trying.

They’re telling you what their perspective is of the situation . . . . it their reality, not yours.

It’s not what other people say it’s what you do . . . . in any given situation.

Where one person is frozen in inaction . . . . Another person seizes the moment and finds a way to create a successful outcome.

Nay Sayers bring a negative outlook with them and can come up with all the reasons why something can’t be done . . . . They would be hard pressed to come up with even one reason why something can be done.

It’s not what other people say it’s what you do . . . . Your beliefs and your willingness to take on a challenging situation, make’s you who you are . . . . and makes everything possible.

Entrepreneurs Just Do It

Entrepreneurs Just Do It
“Everything is always impossible before it works. That’s
what entrepreneurs are all about doing what people
have told then is impossible.”
Hunt Greene, Venture Capitalist

As I see it . . . . . . .

Entrepreneurs just do it

An entrepreneur is a doer . . . . not an excuse maker.

When an entrepreneur makes a mistake . . . . they take responsibility for the mistake . . . .and the responsibility to correct it.

An entrepreneur gets start while other people are . . . . still taking about it and keeps going when others on the side lines watching.

People look at an entrepreneur and call them lucky . . . . The entrepreneur creates their luck through the determination . . . . preparation . . . .  and hard work.

An entrepreneur is committed to achieve a successful outcome . . . . and pulls all the elements together to create that outcome.

Entrepreneurs do what other say is impossible . . . . Because they believe that they can do it . . . . and have faith in their ability to do it.

Entrepreneurs just do it . . . . because they want to.

Acknowledge and Value Your Accomplishments
“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life
is the foundation for all abundance.”
Eckhart Tolle, German Born Canadian Author

As I see it . . . . . . .

Acknowledge and value your accomplishments

It becomes very easy to look past your accomplishments in a hectic world . . . . . and not acknowledge and value your accomplishments.

With each accomplishment there was effort and a journey to successfully create the accomplishment. It’s not so much the size of the accomplishment . . . . as it is the effort that you put into task to create a successful outcome.

The Recipe for Achievement

Motivational Power Quote

The Recipe for Achievement
“What is the recipe for successful achievement? To my mind there
are just four essential ingredients: Choose a career you love, give
it the best there is in you, seize your opportunities, and be a
member of the team.”
Benjamin F. Fairless 1889 -1962, American Steel Executive

As I see it . . . . . . .

The recipe for achievement

If your going to bake a great chocolate cake . . . . you won’t just walk into the kitchen and start to throw ingredients into a mixing bowl.

To bake a great chocolate cake . . . . your going to take out the recipe and carefully measure and mix the ingredients. Once the mixing is completed you going to place the cake mix in the oven in a baking tin.

The baking tin and the ingredients will be placed in a preheated oven . . . . and at a predetermined temperature for a set amount of time.

Baking a great chocolate cake is a process . . .  with a plan.

Achievement is a process that will require a plan the proper ingredients being mixed together along with time to reach a successful out.

If the ingredients are left out or your look for shortcut you will end up with less than a great chocolate cake and you won’t achieve what you set out to achieve.

The recipe for achievement . . . . will have to be put together with care and nurtured to a success outcome.
