Successful People do It

Successful People do It
“Today’s preparation determines level of your
future achievement.”
Lou Ludwig, Sales and Management Consultant,
Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Successful people do it

Rock bands do it . . . .  athletes do it . . . . successful people do it . . . . and you should do it too.

Successful people don’t leave their success to chance . . . . they prepare themselves in advance to succeed.

The person that performs at a high level in their chosen profession . . . . performs at that level as a result of their commitment to preparation. Successful people prepare themselves . . . . to perform with excellences.

It has been said that practice makes you better which is a falsehood. Practice makes what you’re practicing permanent. Practice preformed with excellence . . . . makes you better.

You have to prepare yourself for your future success. Preparation done with a purpose . . . . and preformed with excellence is preparing you for greater success.

How you perform in life . . . . is a reflection of how you prepared yourself for your future.

When you see a rock band rocking the house, they didn’t just walk on stage . . . . and say lets play something. They are prepared themselves for the concert with many hours intense practice until what they are doing on stage was repeatedly done in preparation with excellence.

A professional athlete who walks onto field prepared to play a game. They have prepared themselves for the game . . . . and have played that game over and over again in their mind with excellences. They are total prepared for the game before they ever take the first step onto the field.
A successful people know what they have to do to win the game. They  also have a plan B if the game plan is not working.

When successful people step onto their business environment they step onto it . . . . with the confidence that they are prepared themselves to be successful. They also have prepared themselves for the contingencies.

Success people do it . . . . rock bands do it . . . . athletes do it . . . . and you should do it too. Successful people prepare themselves with excellence for a successful future.

What is Luck?

What is Luck?
“Luck is what happens when your preparation
meets your opportunities.”
Lou Ludwig, Sales and Management Consultant,
Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author

As I see it . . . . . . . .

Luck is . . . . an on-purpose activity.

Luck is  . . . . a bi-product of hard work.

Luck is . . . .  in the determination to achieve your goals.

Luck is . . . . rolling up your sleeves and in doing  more than your expected to do.

The harder you’re willing to work the more you may sweat. The labor will become fulfilling, the sweat will be soon forgotten, and the rewards standout . . . . and are long lasting.

Luck is . . . . the dividend paid for your hard work.

Luck is . . . . what happens when your preparation meets your opportunities.

You Create the Right Time

You Create the Right Time
“Your biggest break can come from never quitting. Being at
the right place at the right time can only happen when
you keep moving towards the next opportunity.”
Arthur Pine, Author

As I see it . . . . . . .

You create the right time

You will hear people say that successful people where in the right place at the right time.

Could success be as simple as being in the right place at the right time . . . . and being struck with a thunder bolt of success?

If that was true there would certainly be far more successful people in the world.

You create the right time . . . . with your preparation and in your attitude.

When you prepare yourself to succeed . . . . You’re putting yourself into a position to recognize the opportunities. Once you see them your preparation will allow you to maximize the opportunities.

You create the right time . . . .

By staying on-purpose . . . . and not quitting on yourself.

By staying on-purpose . . . . your preparing yourself to maximize your opportunities.

By staying on-purpose you create the right time . . . . and the right place for your opportunities and to make those opportunities the stepping stones to greater success and achievement.

Standout in Your Profession

Standout in Your Profession
“Confidence and enthusiasm are the greatest
sales producers in any economy .”
O. B. Smith, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Standout in your profession

There is a thin slice of differences that separates the champion from the competition. That thin slice propels them forward to greater heights and success.

The champion is committed to their continuous personal devolvement and constantly hones their skills to a razor sharp edge. And that edge creates a strategic business advantage over their competition.

A champion also prepares themselves in advance to succeed.

When you have the cutting edge skills and you combine your skill with preparation . . . . You are preparing yourself to succeed and standout in your profession.

When you are prepared to succeed you will move forward with the confidence that will show in your demeanor. That confidence will radiate with the people you meet in your personal life and in your business relationships.

Standout in your professional . . . .To separate yourself from the competition you first have to compete with yourself to continuously become better at the things you do. As you continuous become better and hone your skills the competition will have to compete with you.

Be a Pro

Be a Pro
“The pro is the person who has all the hassles, obstacles, and
disappointing frustrations that everyone has. Yet continues
to persist, does the job, and makes it look easy.”
David Cooper, British Psychiatrist, Author

As I see it . . . . . . .

Be a pro

When you watch pro in action . . . . they make what they do look easy.

A pro invests a massive amount of their time in preparation to perform at a peck level. They set a high standard for their performance and so they won’t embarrassed by a substandard performance.

A pro performs at a high level . . . . and makes it look easy because of their dedication to their profession . . . . They push themselves hard away from the field of play . . . . to play with excellences.

Pro’s will still experience off days  . . . . obstacles . . . . setbacks . . . . and failure like everyone does. The difference is they bounce back . . . . get their head back into the game and continue to prepare themselves to succeed.

Be a pro . . . . prepare yourself to succeed . . . . and when your outcome misses your expectations . . . . balance back and get back in the game  and try again.

Entrepreneurs Just Do It

Entrepreneurs Just Do It
“Everything is always impossible before it works. That’s
what entrepreneurs are all about doing what people
have told then is impossible.”
Hunt Greene, Venture Capitalist

As I see it . . . . . . .

Entrepreneurs just do it

An entrepreneur is a doer . . . . not an excuse maker.

When an entrepreneur makes a mistake . . . . they take responsibility for the mistake . . . .and the responsibility to correct it.

An entrepreneur gets start while other people are . . . . still taking about it and keeps going when others on the side lines watching.

People look at an entrepreneur and call them lucky . . . . The entrepreneur creates their luck through the determination . . . . preparation . . . .  and hard work.

An entrepreneur is committed to achieve a successful outcome . . . . and pulls all the elements together to create that outcome.

Entrepreneurs do what other say is impossible . . . . Because they believe that they can do it . . . . and have faith in their ability to do it.

Entrepreneurs just do it . . . . because they want to.

Confidence is the Result of . . . .

Motivational Power Quote

Confidence is the Result of . . . .
“Confidence is the most important single factor in this game,
and no matter how great your talent, there is only one way
to obtain it - work.”
Jack Nicklaus, professional golfer

As I see it . . . . . . .

Confidence is the result of . . . .

Champions in every walk of life have it.

It shows on the field of play and when a person walks into a business meeting or a room. It radiates from their personally and from their performance.

The people who have it, makes things look easy and they are in command of the situation and their emotions.

What they have is confidence . . . . they are confident in themselves, in their decisions, and in their action.

People are not born with confidence they work hard and prepare themselves to develop it.

A person puts themselves into the position to succeed and prepares themselves to become a champion. The person that’s prepared has confidence in their actions as a result of their preparation.

We see the champion on the field of play. What we don’t see is that the champion in any field of endeavor has worked hard to become a champion and have prepared themselves to compete at a high level.

Confidence is the result of . . . . our hard work and preparation.

Success is a Work in Process

Motivational Power Quote

Success is a Work in Process
“A man watches his pear tree day after day,
impatient for the ripening of the fruit.
Let him attempt to force the process,
and he may spoil both the fruit and tree.
But let him patiently wait,
and the ripe pear, at length fails into this lap.”
Abraham Lincoln, 16th President of the United States

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Success is a work in process

Success is much like the pear tree. We have to cultivate the fields of our career before we can plant the seeds of our success. In our career we have to prepare our mind and spirit and make a personal commitment to pursue our success with passion.

The first step of success is preparation.

Once we have prepared ourselves for success we plant the seeds for a successful career. To see our career flourish we have to plant our seeds of success to grow deep roots to withstand the winds of our challenges that we will face in our life.

The second step of success is we have to plant the seeds of success to grow deep roots.

When our success seeds have been success planted the real work begin. We will have to continually work the field of our career to ensure the tree grows and bears fruit.

The third step of success is we have to maintain our success journey with the continuous enchantment of knowledge and skills and be a life long learner.

Success is a work in process and at times a moving target. Our advanced preparation will get us started on the right path and gives us the ability to adjust to the changing conditions in our life.

We have to put down deep roots and stand strong in the face of adversity. There will be no success without the commitment to weather the storms in our life.

Success is a work in process and is achieved when we focus on the process of success and our efforts on continuous personal improvement to become the best that we can be.

The What If Factor

Motivational Power Quote

The What If Factor
“Successful teams address the ‘what if’ before they
occur and are prepared to take
proper action should a problem arise.
Clear procedures improve productivity,
increase efficiency guesswork that
can lead to unwise decisions.
That’s why the Blue Angels
continually test and evaluate
each member’s procedural understanding.”
Scott Beare and Michael McMillan, authors

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The what if factor

Life is a series of adjustments and changes. The person that prepares themselves for “the what if factor” in their lives is preparing themselves for success is a shifting business environment.

The what if factor; will move us from reacting to shifts to responding to shifts with planning and preparation. When were prepared we increase our probability of success and reduces the stress levels in our life. We also create a high degree of confidence in our actions.

In being prepared for the shifts in our lives we make far better decisions as result of our preparing for the shifts in advance. Reacting without preparation is a recipe for frustration and limited results.

The what if factor; is responding to the shifts in our lives with well thought out planning and preparation.
