Control Your Stress

Control Your Stress

“When you find yourself stressed,
ask yourself one question:
Will this matter in five years from now?
If yes then do something about the situation,
if no, then let it go.”
Catherine Pulsifer

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Control your stress.

When stress enters your life, we have a choice either to surrender to the stress or to let go of it.

Evaluate the situation that’s causing the stress, and ask yourself two questions. How will the situation affect my life and will it matter in five years.

If the answer is yes to the questions move forward and take action to do something about the situation, if the answer is no, let go of the situation and move on.

Once you take control of the stress, you’ll find that stress will start to melt away.
