A simple act, a word of encouragement, being there for a friend, helping someone who needs help, allowing the other person speak and listening, all may seem small at the time but they have the potential of turning someone’s life around.

A simple act of kind impacts the other people and has the potential of changing their life and at times it also changes our life as a result of our act of kindness.
