Motivational Power Quote
Customer’s Expectations
“Customers don’t expect you to be perfect;
they do expect you to fix things
when they go wrong.”
Donald Porter, British Airways
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Customer’s expectations
Customers expect us to do what we said we’ll do and they expect us to get it done well and on time.
They expect us to be trustworthy, and to be someone that they can count on.
They are expecting us to communicate with them in a timely fashion and to keep them informed.
Customers are expecting us to successfully fill full our obligation to them and fix any problems that arise.
They hired us as a professional and are expecting us to live up to that expectation.
If you meet and exceed your customers expectations and everyone comes out a winner.
Customers set the expectations for the business relationships and it becomes our role to exceed the customer’s expectations.
