Dare to do the Difficult

Motivational Power Quote

Dare to do the Difficult
“It is not because things are difficult
that we do not dare,
it is because we do not dare
that they are difficult.”
Seneca, Roman philosopher

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Dare to do the Difficult
When you dare to step out of your comfort zone and to do the difficult you turn the difficult into a speed bump on our success journey.
If you procrastinate on doing the difficult you will make a speed bump into a road block that either will extensively delay or bring your success journey to an abrupt stop.
Addressing and working your way through a difficult task will not always be easy and at times can appear overwhelming.
A difficult task is a lot like eating an elephant and the best way to eat an elephant is one bite at the time.
The best way to tackle a difficult task is to prioritize what’s most important in what has to be done and to break the difficult task down into bite size pieces. Handle the most important pieces of the task first until each piece has been successfully resolved and some of the pieces will become irrelevant and no longer have to be addressed.
When you break down a difficult task into bite size pieces you break the task down into manageable pieces and you create milestone successes as you work through the task.
When we’re facing a difficult task have the courage to look at the in the eye and address challenge. Take control of the task and in finding the best solutions. As you do you are in control of the difficult test and the outcome.
