Successful negotiations . . . . has a start, middle and ending

All successful negotiations start with a proper mindset and a plan to negotiate a successful outcome.  

You will need to understand your objectives in the negotiations before you start and the objectives of the other person. You also have to have a plan B to fall back on if the negotiations reach an impasse.   

An excellent start to the negotiations moves the negotiations in the right direction from the beginning and sets the tone for successful negotiations and outcome.

A negotiation is a process that when you combine an excellent start and middle we create a successful conclusion to the negotiations.

Successful negotiations . . . . has a start, middle and ending.
