The real measure of success is in the journey.

The person that embarks on their success journey with written goals has a purpose and a clear target to aim for. Their journey is clear before that start and their goals with keep them on purpose.

In their goals they can measure the distance that they have traveled their efforts and make far better use of their time.

The person with a purpose can measure their results against their goals and know where they stand in achieving their goals. They will also be able make course correcting adjustments to keep them going in the right direction. 

You will find success in enjoying your success journey, achieving the milestones and in making progress. And in taking pride in measuring your success against your objective.
