Motivational Power Quote
A True Leader Leads
“A true leader has the confidence to
stand alone,
the courage to make tough decisions,
and the compassion to listen to the
needs of others.
He does not set out to be a leader,
but becomes one by the quality of his
actions
and the integrity of his intent.”

As I see it . . . . . . .
A true leader leads
A true leader leads and commands respect
not by their title by have but through their actions as Admiral Halsey did in
World War II
A true leader creates confidence not by
their words or what they’re going to do but what and when they do it. A good
example is President John F. Kennedy taking control and handling of the Cuban
Missile Crisis.
A true leader makes the tough decision
want they have to be made and does what’s right not what is politically
correct. As Ronald Ragan did when he confronted the air controller walkout issue
and made the tough decisions.
A true leader listens as Steve Jobs did
in bring new products to the market.
One of the strong leaders we have had in
the country in the last 50 years is Lee Iacocca he took control of Chrysler
when they were on the brink of bankruptcy. He can in took control on the
company, listened took advice, made the tough decision, and took action. Chrysler
borrowed money stay afloat.
Chrysler emerged as a stronger company
and all the money was paid back ahead of schedule.
Lee Iacocca took command of Chrysler and
earned respect through his actions.
A true leader leads from the front and
takes command and leads by example.
