As I see it . . . . . . .

The quality of your service

No matter what business you’re in . . . . what your role is in your company . . . . or what product you offer.

You are in the business of providing service . . . . The quality of that service is the differentiator in how consumers judge you and your company. Your service will determine if a consumer uses your services or that of a competitor. It will also determine if that consumer will return to do business with you again.

In the business world unless you service stands out . . . . the customers will stay away.

The quality of your service will speak volumes about you and your business . . . . Your customers will hear that message loud and clear. And that message will be one of positive interaction with the people they meet . . . . or one of negative experiences and missed opportunities.
