Walk with your customer
You may ask you customers to follow your
advice . . . . and they may not be ready too or they may resist.
At other times your customers may be
aggressive . . . . and tell the way things are going to be . . . . and in your
heart you know they will be moving down the wrong path.
Walk with your customer . . . . and
build the bond of trust and rapport with them.
The strongest and most productive
business relationships are the ones that are build on being of service to your
customers . . . . Where you understand customers . . . . their needs . . . .
and their motivations.
When your customers know that you care
about them as a person and you put their needs in the forefront of the business
relationship. Your customers will walk with you through a successful business
transaction.
Walk with your customer . . . .and your
business relationship with be on a solid
path.
