Getting Better One Step at the Time

Getting Better One Step at the Time
“Every day in every way, I am getting better and better.”
Emile Coue 1857 - 1926, French Psychologist and
Pharmacist

As I see it . . . . . . .

Getting better one step at the time

In times of facing difficulties you will have to determine how you’ll respond to the conditions. How you’re going to resolve your challenges and the difficulties using the power of your thinking and your attitude.

With positive thinking and a positive attitude you’ll approach your challenges with a positive prospective . . . . and a proactive approach to solving any difficulties that you face.

As you face your challenges with a positive attitude you are getting better at what you’re doing.

Once you have successfully resolved a difficult situation your self-confidence grows. As your confidence grows you become more productive . . . . and you are getting better as a result.

You will use what you have accomplished as the stepping stone into the future to become better at what you do. As a result of the difficulties you have faced and succeed in overcoming . . . . You become better and more productive.

Focus on getting better one step at the time . . . . and you will never look back with regret.

Never Rest Until Your Better is the Best
“Good, better, best, never let it rest till your good is better
and your better is best.”
Unknown author

As I see it . . . . . . .

Never rest until your better is the best

The place to improve your world is first in your mind . . . . and then through your actions to turn your thoughts into your reality.

You choose the path in life that you will travel . . . . and you make the choices on who you become.

You also make the choices in life on how good you want to become.

Choose not to be good . . . . choose to be better . . . . and then stretch yourself into being the best that you can be.

Improving your world begins in your thoughts. You make those thoughts come true through your activities. Choose to be the best that you can be . . . . and your actions will become a reflection of how good you want to be at what you do.

What you think impacts your attitude . . . . and your attitude affects what actions you take.

Turn your good into being better . . . . turn your better into becoming the best . . . . and in your best your will create a new world of opportunities and unparallel success.

Only you can choose the path for your life, choose to grow. Go from good to better . . . . and from better to best and you will choose the pathway to create your destiny.

Never rest until your better is the best.

The Optimist Sees Their Future

The Optimist Sees Their Future
“An optimist stays up until midnight to see the New Year in.
A pessimist stays up to make sure the old year leaves.”
Bill Vaughan, America columnist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The optimist sees their future

Be the optimist . . . . Look into your future . . . . and sees it as you want it to be. And make it your goal to successfully create that future.

An optimist sees the opportunities in their challenges . . . . and won’t allow an obstacle to derail their success journey . . . . or to slow down their forward momentum. The optimist knows the direction that they want their future to move in . . . . and they will do what has to be done to get there.

The optimist believes that they will achieve their objectives. They will work hard and do more than required to ensure the desired outcome.

An optimist is realistic . . . . but has an extended view of life that expands their playing field and their opportunities.

The optimist understands that success is not an accident. They will create a success plan to achieve the desired outcome and take massive action to achieve success.

The optimist sees their future. . . . and they will take the actions to sharp their future the way they see.

Why Not?

Why Not?
Why not me?
“Why not . . . go for it?
Why not  . . .  go for it now?”
Lou Ludwig, Sales and Management Consultant,
Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author

As I see it . . . . . . .

Why not?

Dream of your future . . . . and say why not?

As you look at your life and see the possibilities . . . . and say to yourself why not me?

Look at your business . . . . and see the opportunities . . . .and say why not?

See yourself living a happy and prosperous life . . . . and say why not?

See your future as you want it to be . . . . and say why not?

If you want to change your life . . . . say why not?

Why not . . . be bold and go for it?

Why not . . . make the decision to go for it right now?

Why not . . . . is a choice.

The next time you ask yourself . . . . why not? Go for it and your world will change.

Don’t React , , , , Act With a Purpose

Don’t React , , , , Act With a  Purpose
“The possibilities are numerous
Once we decide to act and not react.”
George Bernard Shaw 1856 - 1950, Irish Playwright,
Co-Founder of the London School of Economics

As I see it . . . . . . .

Don’t react . . . . Act with a purpose

Your future is a blank canvass . . . . that only you can paint.

To paint the canvass with your future you have to a vision for what you want your future be. We then will have to act on our vision to make it become what we believe it can be.

There are only two ways that the canvass of your life can be painted. You can take control of your life and act on determining your future . . . .  and to start to paint your canvass as you want to see that future. Or you can decide to live a reactive life and have someone else paint the canvass of your life for you, as they see your life.

The choice is simple to act to control your future . . . . or to reactive and have someone else decide your life for you.

Create a grand vision for your life . . . . and act on the vision of what you want your life to be.

See your life as a blank canvass . . . . and use your imagination to paint your future. Remember it’s your bush . . . . it’s your canvass . . . .  it’s your life . . . . it’s your paint . . . . and it can be anything that you want it to be.

Believe in the possibility for your future . . . . because for what you believe you can make come true.

Make the decision . . . .  Don’t react  . . . .   act with a purpose to create the life that you want it to be.

Self-Confidence is Essential

Self-Confidence is Essential
“Self confidence is the first requisite to great undertakings.”
Aldous Huxley 1894 - 1963, English Writer

As I see it . . . . . . .

Self-confidence is an essential

True self confidence is developed through concentrating on your successes and putting your failures . . . . setbacks . . . .  and negatives in your life behind you.

Focusing on the negatives will waste your time . . . . drain energy . . . . provide little or no results . . . .  and move you down a dead-end path.

Concentrating on your achievements and successes will energize you to see the possibility for your future success.  It will also take your self-confidence to a new and higher level.

Your self-confidence will put the air under your wings . . . . and will take you to greater heights of success.

Self-confidence is essential . . . . to achieve your goals . . . . and to reach your full potential.

Specialize and Standout

Specialize and Standout
“You specialize in something until one day
You find it is specializing in you.”
Arthur Miller, playwright

As I see it . . . . . . .

Specialize and standout

The road to success and prosperity is the road of the specialist.

Become a specialist in a market niche . . . . and standout.

Put your full energy and efforts into growing that niche into an unstoppable business force to where you are seen as an expert in your field.

As an expert in your field people will seek you out for your advice . . . . and counsel. To the point where you stand heads and shoulders above your competitors  . . . . and you will become their go to person in your profession.

As a specialist you become the master of your craft . . . . and deliver your services with applied knowledge creating excellence in your business relationships.

The road to success and prosperity is paved by being an expert in your field . . . .  and to where you specialize and standout.

The Most Valuable Things in Your Life

The Most Valuable Things in Your Life
“The most valuable things in life are not measured in monetary
terms. The really important things are not houses and lands,
stocks and bonds, automobiles and real estate, but
friendships, trust, confidence, empathy,
mercy, love and faith.”
Bertrand Russell V. Delong, Nazarene Minister

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The most valuable things in your life

When you look at the most valuable things in your life they are not the material things as they can be lost . . . .  replaced . . . . or done without.

Your family and friendships become priceless. Your relationships will become  a mirror of the way you treat other people . . . . and the way you live your life.

You will put down a solid foundation for a full life once you have faith in yourself . . . . Confidence in your actions . . . . and your life becomes a life of endless possibilities.

Material thing can be replaced . . . . and the things that are really most important to you  becomes priceless.

The most valuable things in your life . . . . are found in your relationships with the people who are most important to you . . . . and in having faith in yourself.

Make the Choice to Live a Full and Productive Life

Make the Choice to Live a Full and Productive Life
“Wealth is in the ability to fully experience life.”
Henry David Thoreau 1817 – 1862, American Author, Poet,
Philosopher, Abolitionist, Naturalist, Historian

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Make the choice to live a full and productive life

You make the choices that make your life . . . . Make it the choice to live a full and productive life.

Your life is what you make it . . . . make it a full and productive life . . . . and make it a life of richness in your spirit.

The true richness in life comes in having the spirit in your attitude to make the most of your day . . . . and in living a full life through your experiencing life.

Your life is a life of choices. Your life can evolve into a life of making a living. Or you can make the choice to make your life a full and productive life.

Create a crystal vision of what’s important to you . . . . and what you want to attract into your life. Your life will become a mirror image of the vision that you have for your life.  Your vision creates magnet for your goals and dreams. You have it your control to life . . . . and enjoy a full and productive life.

You will live the life in your vision of the person you want it to be . . . . and the life that you make it.

Make the choice to live a full and productive life . . . .

What’s Your Purpose?

A rocking horse is in motion . . . . and can be moving very fast . . . . but at the end of the day the rocking horse is exactly where it started.

A rocking horse rocks in place . . . . and makes no forward progress.

The rocking horse purpose . . . . is to rock.

The race horse has a purpose . . . . to do their best . . . . and you win the race.

Don’t confuse the motion of the rocking horse . . . . with the progress of the race horse.

Progress is following your plan . . . . and continuously putting one foot in front of the other in order to keep moving in the direction of your goals . . . . and to cross the finish line successfully

What’s difference between a rocking horse and a race horse? The rocking horse rocks in place and makes no progress. The race horse is groomed to do their best to win the race. Be the race horse and put best your best foot forward with the purpose to achieve your goals.

What’s your purpose?

You’re Making Decisions Everyday

You make decisions everyday . . . . Some small . . . . and there are some that you make that will have the capacity to change people’s lives. The size and importance of your decisions are not as important as making the right decision and in doing what’s right.

When you have a choice between doing something fast just to get it done . . . .  The question becomes are you making the right decision . . . . or  making a fast decision. There is a big difference between the two choices.

When you’re asked to make a small decision . . . . do you push it aside because “it’s just a small decision?”

You’re making decisions everyday . . . . Make the best decision you can in the conditions that you find yourself in . . . . and you will find yourself making good decisions.

Have the Courage to Do What’s Right

Have the Courage to Do What’s Right
“Have the courage to say no.
Have the courage to face the truth.
Do the right thing because it is right.
These are the magic keys to living your life with integrity.”
W. Clement Stone 1902 - 2002, Businessman, Philanthropist,
Self-Help Author

As I see it . . . . . . .

Have the courage to do what’s right

I have found that when I do things that don’t feel right . . . . after I do them I find that I was right. If it doesn’t feel right to you it’s not.

Do the right things for the right reasons . . . . and do them with integrity. After their done it will feel right and there won’t be any regrets.

Doing what’s right . . . . is more important than doing what’s politically correct.

People will judge you by your actions . . . . let your actions be your calling card . . . . and you will leave your actions in the footprints of your life for all to see.

Act from integrity . . . . and do the right thing.

Have the courage to do what’s right . . . . even when other people are not looking.

Make Your Dreams Come True

Make Your Dreams Come True
“The best way to make your dreams come true
is to wake ups.”
Paul Valery, French Poet

As I see it . . . . . . . .

Make your dreams come true

Dreams and goals without action . . . . have no real sense of purpose. Take the actions now to fill full your dream and accomplish our goals.

Action without a plan is of little value . . .  motion without purpose or a direction leads down a dead end road with a lot of wasted effort.

Success will come to those who are willing to take action . . . . and calculated risks to overcome the obstacles that stand in their way of achieving their goals and pursuing their dreams.

The key is to take action . . . . and have a plan of action that will keep you moving in the right direction to make your dreams come true.

A Life of Possibilities

A Life of Possibilities
“The difference between the impossible
And the possible lies in the person’s determination.”
Tommy Lasorda, baseball manager

As I see it . . . . . . .

A life of possibilities

The difference between what become possible for one person . . . . and impossible for other is in a person’s determination.

Tommy Lasorda played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for 4 years and appeared in just 26 games as a major league pitcher. In his entire major league baseball career he never won a game and lost 4 games.

Tommy Lasorda used his knowledge of baseball and his determination to propel him to the next level.

He became a hall of fame manager for the Dodgers. Tommy was twice being named manager of the year, winning 1599 games and 2 World Series over the span of a 21 year career as the Dodgers manger.

Lasorda found what was possible in his determination . . . . and he pursued his career with passion and enthusiasm.

That determination resides within all of us. You have to reach down into your character to release your determination.

A life of possibilities . . . . is a life of determination that you make  possible in your attitude and through your actions.

The Pain of Inaction

 The Pain of Inaction
“We must all suffer from one of two pains; the pain of
discipline or the pain of regret. The difference
is discipline weights ounces while
regret weights tons.”
Jim Rohn 1930 – 2009 , American Entrepreneur,
Self-Author, Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The pain of inaction

Success and inaction . . . . both come with a price.

Inaction . . . . is making the decision to procrastinate.

Procrastination is making . . . . a choice.

The choice that’s made is . . . . the of inaction which is to take the action is choosing not to act. The price of inaction is enormous. It is carried forward in the form of pain in living a life of regret for the things that you did not do . . . . and in lost opportunities.

Taking action takes self-confidence in your decision making and in your abilities. You also have to have the mental discipline to take calculated risks . . .  and to make choices.

In taking action some of your choices will create breakthrough opportunities in your life . . . . while others may have little or no impact . . . . And there will be some that you would like to forget about.

Failing to take action subordinates the choice to someone else to make the decision for you. You will lose the ability to make your choices and to choose your actions.

When it’s time to take action you have to step up . . . . and take the best actions possible in the conditions that you find yourself in.

The pain of regret for your inaction is carried forward and can become emotionally draining on you. The discipline to succeed . . . . is making choices . . . .

Taking action has a price but there is peace of mind in knowing that we’re in control of your choices . . . . your actions . . . . your the results . . . . and in your future.

The pain of inaction is enormous . . . .

The Footprints That You Leave

 The Footprints That You Leave
“Each of us will one day be judged by our standard of life,
not by our standard of living; by our measure of giving
not by our measure of wealth; by our simple goodness,
not by our securing greatness.”
William Arthur Ward 1921 - 1994, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The footprints that you leave

One day you will be judged.

You will be judged . . . . on many aspects of your life.

People will judge you . . . . by how you impact their lives.

You will be judged . . . . on your impact to the community.

You will be judged . . . . on the impact that you have on your family.

You will be judged . . . . by the impact by your relationships with others.

People will judge . . . . you by how you are seen by others?

You will be judged . . . . by the way you treated people.

How are you seen by others?

How would you like to be judged?

People will judge you by the way you have lived your life . . . . and the footprints you leave behind you on your life’s journey.
