A rocking horse is in motion . . . . and
can be moving very fast . . . . but at the end of the day the rocking horse is
exactly where it started.
A rocking horse rocks in place . . . . and
makes no forward progress.
The rocking horse purpose . . . . is to
rock.
The race horse has a purpose . . . . to
do their best . . . . and you win the race.
Don’t confuse the motion of the rocking
horse . . . . with the progress of the race horse.
Progress is following your plan . . . . and
continuously putting one foot in front of the other in order to keep moving in
the direction of your goals . . . . and to cross the finish line successfully
What’s difference between a rocking
horse and a race horse? The rocking horse rocks in place and makes no progress.
The race horse is groomed to do their best to win the race. Be the race horse
and put best your best foot forward with the purpose to achieve your goals.
What’s your purpose?
