Consequences From the Lack of Planning

Consequences From the Lack of Planning
“Nobody ever wrote down a plan to be broke, fat, lazy, or stupid.
Those things are what happens when you don’t have a plan.”
Larry Winget, Bestselling Author, TV Personality and
Motivational Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . .

Consequences from the lack of planning

When a lack of planning exists there is very limited focused direction for your life. Most days it will feel like your standing in a rut of quicksand that’s getting deeper and deeper in it.

Without planning here will be a lack of purpose in your activity . . . . As a result there will be a lot of drifting going on in your life followed by wasted efforts . . . . time . . . . and resources.

Goals may or may not exist . . . . and there is no real way to measure your progress.

With each day that passes without planning . . . . another wasted day goes into the story of your life . . . . without contributing to your future.

Key point . . . .

Consequences from the lack of planning . . . . will increase your level of anxiety and stress compromising your future and your future success.

Create a roadmap for your future . . . . Develop written goals to give your life a purpose and direction . . . . along with goals create a written plan to successfully achieve your goals.

With written goals . . . . a written plan . . . . and acting on your plan, you will put the consequences from the lack of planning behind you . . . . and open the doors of possibilities.

Getting Over a Painful Experience

Motivational Power Quote

Getting Over a Painful Experience
“Getting over a painful experience is much like crossing monkey bars.
You have to let go at some point in order to move forward.”
C.S. Lewis 1898 – 1963, Novelist, Poet, Medievalist
Literary Critic

As I see it . . . . . . .

Getting over a painful experience

It can happen in a personal relationship . . . . in your career . . . . or with a member of your family and in so many other areas of your life. The pain can be overwhelming and create a void in your life.

Letting go and getting over a painful experience can be very difficult to handle. The experience will be at the root cause of sleepless nights . . . .  deep anxiety and stress in your lives. If it’s not dealt with it can lead to a state of depression.

People have to work at getting over a painful experience . . . .  It will take an effort on the person’s part to put the experience behind them and cut the cord from that experience.

Getting over a painful experience can be a challenge to get through . . . . But once you do you will free liberated and have fresh start.

Worrying Won’t Solve a Problem

Motivational Power Quote

Worrying Won’t Solve a Problem
“When I look back on all these worries,
I remember the story of the old man who said on his deathbed
that he had a lot of trouble in his life,
most of which had never happened”
Sir Winston Churchill, British Prime Minister

As I see it . . . . . . .

Worrying won’t solve a problem

A person that worries is worrying about conditions that may or may not be real and in many cases will never come about.

Worrying can make a person shut down and become consumed with what there worrying about. Their focus becomes misdirected and their time misused without any positive outcome.

Worrying won’t solve a problem or give you the right answers. What it does is create anxiety, stress and sleepless nights without providing very little or no redeeming value.

When you find a problem coming into your life instead of worrying about it put it into prospective. Is it a real problem and what impacts will it have?

Look at the problem and determine if it needs attending. If the problem needs to be dealt with, deal with it and find the best way to deal with the problem and come up with the best solution to the problem?

Being proactive with a problem reduces the stress and anxiety and will enable you to come up with the best solution. Worrying won’t solve a problem being proactive does.

The Real You Comes Out Under Pressure

Motivational Power Quote

The Real You Comes Out Under Pressure
“When you squeeze an orange,
orange juice comes out –
because, that’s what’s inside.
When you are squeezed,
what comes out is
what inside you.”
Dr.Wayne Dyer, self – development author and speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The real you comes out under pressure

Under pressure some people will break records and go onto achieve great things, while other people will break under the pressure.

Pressure creates a great deal of stress in person’s life. Each person reacts different to the pressure and how the person responds to the pressure will determine what course of action the person will take.

The person the can control the stress that the pressure creates will be able to respond to the pressure proactively and stay in control of their emotions and respond with a purpose.

If the person becomes overwhelmed by the pressure they will act out of anxiety and will become reactive to the pressure and will lose control of their emotions and the situation.

The person that can control their emotions controls the pressure effectively. In controlling your pressure the real you comes out under pressure.
