Sometimes Progress Come in Small Steps

Sometimes Progress Come in Small Steps
“Progress is not always measured in the size of the steps
that you are taking . . . . progress is measured
by moving in the right direction.”
Lou Ludwig, Sales and Management Consultant,

As I see it . . . . . . . .
Sometimes progress comes in small steps

Progress can come in small steps . . . . and at a difference pace for each individual. The key is your commitment . . . . and dedication to your continued forward progress to succeed.

By making consistent progress in small steps . . . . and in time you will make the big steps in the direction of achieving your goals.

It’s not the pace of the progress that’s as important . . . . as it is the direction that your moving in . . . . and in the consistency of your efforts that becomes critical.

Sometimes progress come in small steps . . . . just remember it’s not the size of the steps your taking . . . . it’s the direction that your moving in.

Motivational Power Quote

The Difference Between a Good and Great Leader
“A good leader inspires people to have confidence in
their leader. A great leader inspires people to have
confidence in themselves.”
Anonymous

As I see it . . . . . . .

The difference between a good and great leader

A good leader asks people to follow and in believe in them.

A great leader inspires the people around them and show confidence in them as people. As a result the people will willingly to follow a great leader without being asked.

Great leaders don’t start out to be a great leader they earn that right through their integrity and in the consistency of their actions. What makes a leader great is in the eyes of the followers.

When you speak to a great leader you will find them to be humble people who have stretched themselves beyond their limits in very challenging times.

They generously give credit to other people for their success and are appreciative of there efforts.

The difference between a good leader and great leader . . . . With a good leader it’s all about them with a great leader it’s all about the people.

Great Possibilities Start With a Spark

The greatest of possibilities starts with a spark.

Take that spark and fan it with passion until you turn it into the flames of unlimited possibilities and achievement.

That spark needs our attention to burn bright and has to be fanned with consistency and determination to become a flame.

The spark has to be protected from the winds of negativity that threatens to blow the flame out.

Make the flame yours; keep that flame alive in your heart and with you through out your success journey. Your flame will light the way for you to follow the pathway to achieving you’re goals.

The greatest of journeys start with fanning the spark of possibilities and turning spark into your life’s purpose.

Fan the sparks of your possibilities and you will turn your spark into unlimited opportunities.
