Look Fear in the Face
“You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience
in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are
able to say to yourself, ‘I have lived through this horror.
I can take the next thing that comes along.” . . .
you must do the thing you think you cannot do.”
Eleanor Roosevelt 1884 - 1962, Former First Lady

As I see it . . . . . . .

Look fear in the face

Life is full of challenges . . . . we can cave into them . . . . or we can stand strong and face them.

Fear can be a terrible thing . . . . for a child, it can be the fear of the dark . . . . or separation anxiety on the first day of school.

It also can be the lost of a home . . . . lost of a loved one . . . . lost of a job . . . . and the list can go on. In many cases we cannot control the things that are happening . . . . but we can control our emotions and the way we handle the condition.

Some conditions can be life treating . . . . while others will pass quickly . . . . but it all comes back to how you handle the condition.

It will take courage to look fear in the face . . . . but once you do.  You realistically look at the condition and look for the best solution to the condition.  As a result you will feel that you’re in control of the condition and in the solutions.

Believe in Yourself

Motivational Power Quote

Believe in Yourself
“We must do that which
we think we cannot.”
Eleanor Roosevelt, former First Lady

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Believe in yourself

You have to believe in yourself and when you believe yourself you will do what you believe you can do.

Don’t become distracted by what others tell you, you can’t do.

Believe in yourself and your abilities. Create the vision in your mind of your desired outcomes of your objectives as if it has already been accomplished them. To ensure your desired outcome take massive actions to accomplish your objectives.

There are times that we will be challenged to do things which we did not think we could do. At that moment in time we have to believe in our self and stretch our self to do them.

The difference between achieving you’re desired outcome and missing your target is your personal belief system.

Believe in yourself and what you can do and then do them.

Meet Your Challenges Head On

Motivational Power Quote

Meet Your Challenges Head On
“You have to accept whatever comes
and the only important thing is that
you meet it with the best you have to give.”
Eleanor Roosevelt, former First Lady

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Meet your challenges head on

When you’re facing a challenge that can’t be avoided; take control and face challenge head on.

Have the determination to successful work through the challenges that you encounter. Approach each challenge with a positive attitude and make your best effort to bring the challenge to a successful conclusion.

Strength, courage and confidence

When we have the courage to face our fears, look fear in the eye we gain the inner confidence to make effective decisions.

We develop the strength to overcome our fears, and we will see our obstacles melt away into opportunities.

We can learn from our experiences and we can turn those experiences into a positive spring board for the future.
