Once you establish that direction . . . . you have the courage to step out of your comfort zone . . . . and to pursue that course with the determination and purpose to achieve your desired results.

The path of purpose . . . . will lead you on a path to achieving your goals and living a life of personal satisfaction that you are doing your best.

A path of purpose . . . . may not be the fastest one to take . . . . It becomes the high road of setting your personal standards to achieve your goals.

A path of purpose . . . . will take you on a life’s journey of living your days with a purpose and moving you forward to fulfilling your destiny.

As I see it . . . . . . .

Looking for loopholes

There are those who work hard to find a way . . . . and they are the ones that work hard to get things done. As a result they create far more successful outcomes.

There are those that when they need answers . . . . will dodge the question and look for the loopholes . . . . or try to deflect the question to someone else.

There are real estate professionals that follow the Code of Ethics . . . . and standout as a professional.

There are those who will try to dodge the Code of Ethics . . . . they may get away with for a while. But in the long run their time is misspent in trying to dodge the Code of Ethics ratter then in investing their time in following the Code of Ethics and in their customer’s best interests.

There are those who take the high road and succeed . . . . and there are those who waste their life looking for loopholes.

The journey of excellences is a life long journey on a toll road. You paid the price of excellences through-out your success journey and the price of excellences is paid in advance of enjoying the benefits and at times price can be high.

You pay the price of excellences each day on your success journey through commitment, dedication, and hard work. You also paid the price in the quality of your action and in taking high road and doing what has to be done and going it with excellences.

The excellences is paid advance the journey may be long but the view is spectacular.
