One day you will be judged.

You will be judged . . . . on many aspects of your life.

People will judge you . . . . by how you impact their lives.

You will be judged . . . . on your impact to the community.

You will be judged . . . . on the impact that you have on your family.

You will be judged . . . . by the impact by your relationships with others.

People will judge . . . . you by how you are seen by others?

You will be judged . . . . by the way you treated people.

How are you seen by others?

How would you like to be judged?

People will judge you by the way you have lived your life . . . . and the footprints you leave behind you on your life’s journey.

Measure your forward progress on your success journey against your goals.

Benchmark your activities in creating forward momentum . . . . to move you in the direction of your goals.

The key point is . . . . it’s what YOU DO that makes the difference.

Get a little bit better at what you do everyday . . . . Over time you will get a lot better and that will make a big difference in achieving your goals.

Make the extra effort . . . . and your extra effort will accumulate  and become a difference maker in your career.

Set lofty goals and stretch yourself to reach them.
