To Ask Why

To Ask Why
“Millions saw the apple fall, but Newton was the one to ask why.”
Bernard Baruch, American Statesman

As I see it . . . . . . .
To ask why

Ask questions . . . . to gain insight.

Ask questions . . . . to gather more information.

Ask questions . . . . to understand.

Ask questions . . . . to get answers.

Ask questions . . . . to learn and increase our knowledge.

Ask questions . . . . in order to help other people.

Ask questions . . . . to be an effective negotiator.

Never fear to ask questions . . . . and never fear the answers.

Asking questions incorporated with active listening skills leads to understanding . . . . Understanding leads to knowledge . . . . and knowledge leads to the answers.

The person with the most knowledge used effectively is in control of the conversation.

To ask why . . . . leads to answers . . . . and answers are the stepping stones to your future success.

Your Life Experiences Builds Character

Motivational Power Quote

Your Life Experiences Builds Character
“Life is a series of experiences, each of which makes us bigger,
even though it is hard to realize this. For the world was built
to develop character, and we must learn that the setbacks and
grief’s which we endure help us our marching onward.”
Henry Ford 1863 – 1947, Founder of the Ford Motor Company

As I see it . . . . . . .

Your life experiences builds character

The building blocks of your life . . . . are your life experiences. With each experience there is an opportunity to turn it into a learning experience and a stepping stone to greater knowledge.

With your new knowledge you have an opportunity to grow as a person. . . . . To use that knowledge effectively as you move forward creates the basis to turn your knowledge into wisdom.

As your knowledge grows into wisdom and understanding . . . . your knowledge becomes insight.

With proper use of your life experiences you grow into a person of character and influence . . . . one that will stand out in your profession.

Your life experiences builds character . . . . and your character will become your personal guidance system on your success journey.

What You Reread is a Window of Who You Are

Motivational Power Quote

What You Reread is a Window of Who You Are
“Tell me what you read and I’ll tell you who you are is true
enough, but I know better if you told me what you reread.”
Francois Mauriac 1885 – 1970, French Author

As I see it . . . . . . .

What you reread is a window of who you are

There is true in  . . . . that if you would read on a topic for one hour a day for five years that . . . . you will become a subject matter expert on the topic.

What you reread is a window of who you are . . . . When you go back and reread the material each time you do you extract more and more information from what you’re reading.

The first time you read the material you take away information. As you continue to reread the material you are gaining additional knowledge and insight on the subject matter. In time by rereading the material you will become a recognized subject matter expert.

Over time what you reread will shape you into the person that you will become . . . . and shape you future.

What you reread is a window of who you are . . . . and where your career path will take you.

Stepping Stones to More Referral

Motivational Power Quote

Stepping Stones to More Referral
“The keys to success is to get out into the store and listen
to what the associates have to say.
It’s terribly important for everyone to get involved.
Our best ideas come from clerks and stock boys.”
Sam Walton, Wal-Marts founder

As I see it . . . . . . .

Stepping stones to more referrals

Listen to your customers, your peers and the consumers. Their insight will become the stepping stones to greater success and more referrals.

They will let you know what you’re doing effectively to attract their business and what it will take for you to earn their referrals in the future.

When you’re in rapport with them they will tell you the truth about what you and or your business is not doing to meet their expectations.

In this area lays one of your biggest business opportunities. In knowing how your missing your audience expectations gives you the insight on what has to be done to meet your audience expectations in the future. With that information you’ll able to adjust and create a road map to improve your services to your audience and earn more referrals.

When you close the gaps in your customer service and your expectation with your audience you achieve a higher level of positive awareness with your audience. The results will be greater numbers of referrals and increased business success.

In communicating and speaking to your audience they will share their insight from a consumer prospective which is a 90 degree difference from the way you may be seeing things.

The stepping stones to more referral: is to listen to your audience and take the steps to give your audience more of what they want.
