You Will Measured By Your Service

You Will Measured By Your Service
“The quality of your service will be remembered long after the
services have been provided. Your customers will measure
you by the service they received . . . . and from the way
they measure you will determine if they are willing
to do business with you again or to  refer
others to you in the future.”
Lou Ludwig, Sales and Management Consultant
Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author

As I see it . . . .
You will be measures by your service

You will be not be measured . . . . by the position you achieve in life.

You will be measured . . . . by the obstacles that you had to overcome on your success journey to create that success.

People will measure you not by your success but by your character . . . . and the person that you become on your success journey.

You success will be created as a result of your commitment to your customers . . . . and the customer service that you provide to them.

Your customers will measure you on meeting and exceeding their expectations in a consistent manner.

You will be measured by your service . . . . provide your services with excellence . . . . and your business will reflect your excellence.

As I see it . . . . . . . .
Falling the needs of your customers

You Either Have It or You Don’t

You Either Have It or You Don’t

Your attitude determines . . . . your degree of your excellence in the things that you do.

The quality of your business is first established in the vision that you have for the way you will operate your business . . . . and in values.

The quality of your services will be determined by your attitude. That attitude then becomes the bar of your excellence for the level of your customer service.

The commitment that you have for your customer service will become a foundation for creating a loyal customer base . . . . It will also become the basis for repeat business coming back to you and drive your future referral business.

You either have it or you don’t . . . . and when you have it your customers and prospects recognize it and they will become part of your raving fans and loyal customer base.

Make Someone Happy Every Day

Make Someone Happy Every Day
“Resolve to make at least one person happy every day, and then in
ten years you may have made three thousand, six hundred and
fifty persons happy, or brightened a small town by your
contribution to the fund of general enjoyment.”
Sydney Smith 1771 – 1845, English Wit, Writer

As I see it . . . . . . .

Make some happy every day

A key component to every successful business professional . . . . is having a base of happy customers.

In every successful business relationship you’ll find that the customers like the business professional and are happy with the professional and the customer service that they provide. If either element is missing in the business relationship the customer will explore the other options they have . . . . putting the business relationship on shaky grounds.

Make it a point to make at least one person happy every day with you and your services.

Your efforts will be rewarded with a growing . . . . loyal . . . . and happy customer base that will freely spread the word about your and the quality of your customer service. Your customers will refer new customers and will return as repeat customers to do more business with you.

Are You Providing Your Customers Value?

Motivational Power Quote

Are You Providing Your Customers Value?
“Every successful business (1) creates or provides something
of value that (2) at a price they’re willing to pay, in a
way that (4)  satisfies the purchaser’s need and
expectations and (5) provides the business sufficient
revenue to make it worthwhile for the owners
 to continue operation.”
Josh Kaufman, Author, Learning Expert and Business
Advisor

As I see it . . . . . . .

Are you providing your customers value?

The answer to that question will determine if your customers will return to you and do business with you again . . . .  Or if you’re operating a business model based on a onetime business relationship of no repeat business or referrals.

A business that doesn’t provide value to their customers will not have roots in the mind of their customers . . . . and doesn’t create a compelling reason for the customer to return.

The value and the quality of the service that you provide your customers is the foundation to creating satisfied customers. When your service meets and exceeds your customer’s expectations they will become raving fans and want to return and do business with you in the future.

When you provide value the business will thrive . . . . Without value the business won’t survive.

The question is . . . . are you providing your customers value . . . . in their eyes?

Turn the Ordinary Into The Exceptional

Motivational Power Quote

Turn the Ordinary Into The Exceptional
“There are painters who transform the sun to a yellow spot,
but, there are others who with the help of their art and
intelligence, transform a yellow spot into the sun.”
Pablo Picasso 1881 – 1973, Spanish Painter, Sculptor

As I see it . . . . . . .

Turn the ordinary into the exceptional

One of the greatest business advantages is in this area is customer service.

Most customer service is delivered in the area of being plain and ordinary  . . . .

The customer won’t hear any bells or whistles going off and this type of customer service lacks the WOW factor. What will result with this type of customer service is a fair customer experience at best . . . . That results in marginal repeat business and very few referrals.

When your customer service shifts from being ordinary to exceptional the total customer experience changes.

Exceptional customer creates a WOW factor in the business relationship. Your customers will become raving fans and return as repeat customers and freely refer you to their friends and family without hesitation.

You will expand your sphere of influence with raving fans and that sphere of influence will have a positive impact of your future business success.

Turn the ordinary into the exceptional . . . . Through your customer service and your customer service will become the corner stone of your future success.

Two Faces of Human Nature

Motivational Power Quote

Two Faces of Human Nature
“In great affairs men show themselves as they wish to be seen.
In small things they show themselves as they are.”
Nicholas Chamfort 1741 – 1794, French Poet

As I see it . . . . . . .

Two faces of human nature

There are successful people who talk the talk and back it up by walking the walk.

They say what they’re going to do . . . . and they go out and do it . . . . and do it successfully to deliver on the word.  When a person walks the walk they standout in their profession and they will be recognized, as person of character and someone that can be trusted and counted on.

And then there are those who talk a good game . . . .

They do a lot of taking . . . . but when it comes time to deliver they continue to talk the talk . . . . but they don’t get around to walking the walk. They leave a trail of unfulfilled promises and commitments behind them.

When you look at your commitment to your customer service . . . . it’s the small details that will make a big difference in your customer service.

The small difference becomes the building blocks . . . . to happy and satisfied customers and in growing your sphere of influence.

Two faces of human nature . . . . is there are those professionals who deliver on their commitment to customer service and walk the walk . . . . and those to a lot of taking about it and never get around to it.

Excellences is an On-Purpose Activity

Motivational Power Quote

Excellence is an On-Purpose Activity
“Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do
not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we
rather have those because we acted rightly. We are what
we repeatedly do, excellence then, is not an act but a habit.”
Aristotle BC 384 – BC 322, Greek Philosopher

As I see it . . . . . . .

Excellence is an on-purpose activity

Professionals set the standards of excellence for their life and for the level of excellence that will be delivered in their customer service.

Excellences is an on-purpose activity that becomes a habit . . . . It sets the bar for the level of services that the professional will continually provide their customers. When excellence is the goal the professional routinely exceed their customer’s expectation and WOW’S the customers.

When the customer service exceed the customers’ expectations . . . .  the professional builds the business relationship on a solid foundation of excellences that earns them a positive reputation among their customers and the business community.

Excellence is an on-purpose activity . . . . that becomes a habit and will pave the path of their success journey on a foundation of bedrock.  That foundation will support the weight of their success journey through the changing and challenging conditions that they encounter.

We Will be Known For What we Do

Motivational Power Quote

We Will be Known For What we Do
“I always remember an epitaph in the cemetery at Tombstone Arizona. It says: Here lies Jack Williams ‘He gave his damnedest’.
I think that’s the greatest epitaph a man can have.”
Harry Truman 33rd President of the United States

As I see it . . . . . . .

We will be known for what we do

People will know us and remember us by what we do.

They will judge us by successfully meeting and exceed their expectations.

People don’t want talk they want us to do what we say we will do and do it when we say we will do it. They don’t want excuses or a story they want results.

We will be known for what we do . . . . and they will never forget what we didn’t do.

Statistics show that approximately 80% of business is being done either by word of mouth referrals or based on past business relationships. We will either earn our future business by giving our damnedest and wowing our customers or we lose the business with average service.

We will be known for what we do and what we do will affect our career and business success.

Diligence Creates Opportunities

Motivational Power Quote

Diligence Creates Opportunities
“Diligence is the mother of good fortune,
and idleness – its opposite –never led to good intention’s goals .”
 Miguel de Cervantes, writer

As I see it . . . . . . .

Diligence creates opportunities

Some people have it and some don’t.

It’s acquired and will make a big difference in our relationships, in our customer service and the level of success that we achieve.

You can’t get it by reading a book or in hearing an audio program.

It comes from our heart and from our attitude of being of service to others.

Being diligence in our efforts leaves your footprints in the sands of time.

Having a reputation as being a diligent professional will create a sphere of influence and a growing list of raving fans.

When you care about your customers and when you do what you do for them with diligence you will stand out as a result of your actions.

Be willing to do a little more for your customers then they expect and do it consistently and people will seek you out.

Diligence is the key that opens doors and diligence creates opportunities.

Greatness in is the Eyes of the Customer

Motivational Power Quote

Greatness in is the Eyes of the Customer
“Everyone has the power of greatness.
Not for fame, but greatness.
Because greatness is determined by service”
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 1929 -1968, civil rights leader, clergyman,

As I see it . . . . . . .

Greatness is in the eyes of the customer

How our customers judge us becomes the foundation for our business and future success.

The single biggest differentiator in our customer’s eyes is the quality of our service.

Average customers service will put us out of business. Customers will no longer accept average as an acceptable standard. When a customer sees our service as average they will disappear as quickly as snow melts in Florida in July.

Good customer service is viewed by our customers as just enough to get by. Some customers will stay with good customer service for awhile but as soon as something better comes along they are gone.

Exceptional customer service has become the standard for what customers are looking for. Exceed your customers expectations and they will view your customer service as exceptional. Miss their expectations and they will look at your service as average.

Greatness is in the eyes of the customer and they will judge us on the level of the customer service that we delivery to them and if we meet or exceed their expectations.

Solve the Problem on The Spot

Motivational Power Quote

Solve the Problem on The Spot
“Problems should be solved on the spot,
as son as they arise.
No frontline employee should have to wait for a
supervisor’s permission.”
Jan Carlzon, airline executive

As I see it . . . . . . .

Solve the problem on the spot

The longer a problem exists the more it becomes a condition that can grow and increase in its complexity. Unsolved problem seem to grow legs and take on a life of their own.

A problem that’s addressed and solved on the spot has the capacity to quickly resolve the issue with the less negative effects on those involved.

Solving problems on the spot becomes a win-win situation.

When the problem involves customers they don’t want to hear stories about it’s not your job, they want the problem solved on the spot. When the customer is right make it right. When the customer is wrong do your best for the customer and in the conditions that you find yourself in.

Delaying and then doing the right thing will leave the customer with a poor impression regarding the service and the integrity of the company and the person providing the service.

Make the commitment to solve the problem on the spot and you will find yourself having less problems, more effective use of your time more business and more referrals.

Success Comes With a Price

Motivational Power Quote

Success Comes With a Price
“Decide what you want, decide what you are willing to exchange for it.
Establish your priorities and go to work.”
H. L. Hunt, American entrepreneur

As I see it . . . . . . .

Success comes with a price

Our success journey resembles a toll road and our success has a price.

The question become what are we willing to pay in advance to achieve the desired outcome of success.

We will pay for our success with our time. We will have to commit the time required to reach the next level of success. We will have to manage our activities effectively to continue to move forward and to remain on course.

We will have to invest in our professional development to stay on the leading edge of our profession with our skills and techniques.

We will have to maintain the attitude of a winner through the up and downs of our business cycles. Success is earned by those who are committed to the long hurl.

The people and the businesses that achieve success are focused on their customers and deliver a high level of customer service.

The price of success is doing what has to be done on a continuous level.

Success comes with a price that’s paid in advance.

Learn to do it Better

Motivational Power Quote

Learn to do it Better
“In sales there are going to be times when you
can’t make everyone happy.
Don’t expect to and you won’t be disappointed.
Just do your best for each client in each situation as it arises.
Then, learn from each situation how to
do it better the next time.”
Tom Hopkins, author, sales trainer

As I see it . . . . . . .

Learn to it better

It’s so true that we can’t make all the people happy all the time and there will be times that someone can be disappointed with us or our services.

There is always room for improvement. When we find a way to improve ourselves we find a way to do things better.

Doing things better enhances our customer’s experience and becomes the gateway to future business and referrals and reduces gaps in our customer service.

We learn to do it better from our past experiences when we look at those experiences and make the commitment to do it better in the future.

Keep an open mind and you will find a way to learn to do it better and become more productive.

Stepping Stones to More Referral

Motivational Power Quote

Stepping Stones to More Referral
“The keys to success is to get out into the store and listen
to what the associates have to say.
It’s terribly important for everyone to get involved.
Our best ideas come from clerks and stock boys.”
Sam Walton, Wal-Marts founder

As I see it . . . . . . .

Stepping stones to more referrals

Listen to your customers, your peers and the consumers. Their insight will become the stepping stones to greater success and more referrals.

They will let you know what you’re doing effectively to attract their business and what it will take for you to earn their referrals in the future.

When you’re in rapport with them they will tell you the truth about what you and or your business is not doing to meet their expectations.

In this area lays one of your biggest business opportunities. In knowing how your missing your audience expectations gives you the insight on what has to be done to meet your audience expectations in the future. With that information you’ll able to adjust and create a road map to improve your services to your audience and earn more referrals.

When you close the gaps in your customer service and your expectation with your audience you achieve a higher level of positive awareness with your audience. The results will be greater numbers of referrals and increased business success.

In communicating and speaking to your audience they will share their insight from a consumer prospective which is a 90 degree difference from the way you may be seeing things.

The stepping stones to more referral: is to listen to your audience and take the steps to give your audience more of what they want.

Separate Yourself From the Competition

Motivational Power Quote

Separate Yourself From the Competition
“Business is not just doing deals;
business is having a great products,
doing great engineering,
and providing tremendous
service to customers.”
Ross Perot, entrepreneurs

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Separate yourself from the competition

Having a superior product with marginal customer service will result in an inconsistent business model with and hit and miss business success.

A business or business professional that puts the needs of their customers above their own will find that the business grows and that their customers become raving fans.

Customers return to businesses that they can depend and have delivered on their promises of their product and services.

The quality of your customer service will determine the degree of separation that you create between yourself and the competition and if you standout or blend in.

The greater your separation becomes the more that you standout as a professional. Your customer will create a buzz about you, your business and you will receive the additional benefit of becoming a business and referral magnet.

By consistently providing superior customer service you create a consistent flow of positive customer satisfaction that will separate you from the competition and contribute to your long term success.
