What’s Your Goal?

What’s Your Goal?
“If your goals are larger than your need to be liked, then you
will reach your goals. If your need to be liked is larger than
your goal your goal becomes the need to be liked.”
Jean MacNutt

As I see it . . . . . . .

What’s your goal?

The answer to that question makes a big difference in what direction that your life takes . . . .

When you set a goal to achieve your goals . . . . your goal is to achieve your goal. You create a purpose in your life. With a diligent effort and persistence you can achieve your goals.

When you set out to have people like you . . . . Your goal becomes to have people like you.

Your decisions become based on having people like you.

Here’s the key . . . . People who like you may not respect you  . . . . The person that doesn’t respect you will be very unlikely do business with you.

People who respect will appreciate what you do are far more likely to build a successful business relationship with you.

What’s your goal? Make it your goals goal to build a strong professional relationship with your customers . . . . one built on mutual respect and when you achieve that goals . . . . You will achieve your goals.

Developing Our Greatest Resource

Motivational Power Quote

Developing Our Greatest Resource

“Let us think of education as the means of developing our greatest
abilities because in each of us there is a private hope and dreams
which, fulfilled, can be translated into benefits for everyone
and greater strength for our nation.”
John F. Kennedy 1917 – 1963, 35th President of the United States

As I see it . . . . . . .

Developing our greatest resource

What is the greatest resource that the county has?

Some would say energy . . . .

Others would say it’s the military  . . . .

Some would say it’s the land and natural resources . . . .

I say that the greatest resources we have is in the country is the minds of our children . . . . and in educating them to take the full advantage of the abilities.

With each generation of children they grow into the leaders . . . . the doctors . . . . the business professionals . . . . and the people that make the country run in our daily lives.

Our children will find a way to make the most out our natural resources . . . . and find a way to harness the energy.

What our children will be able to do in the future will be greatly influenced by the education they receive today.

Let us look at developing our greatest resource . . . . the minds of our children.

Conflict Helps You to Grow As a Person

Motivational Power Quote

Conflict Helps You to Grow As a Person
“Difficulties are meant rouse, not discourage.
The human spirit is to grow strong by Conflict.”
William Channing 1780 - 1842, theologian

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Conflict helps you to grow as a person

A conflict is a difference view point of the same condition by difference people. In other words we will face conflicts in many areas of our lives.

When you’re facing a conflict, look for the areas that you can agree on with the other party. In that one single act you can lay the foundation of resolution and to remove some of the stress that’s involved as a result of the conflict.

Learn to adapt to conflict and to navigate a successful solution while others are caught up in the disagreement of the conflict. You will grow stronger as a result of your conflict resolution skills.

When you have good conflict resolution skills your skills will separate from the masses and you and your services will be in demand.  Those skills are invaluable in every aspect of our business and life.

When you’re facing a conflict look at it as a temporary condition and look at it with the confidence that you can find the solution.

Conflict helps you to grow as a person and make you grow stronger . . . . As a person and more successful as a business professional.

Motivational Power Quote

Take Decisive Action
“Success is not for the timid.
It’s for those who seek guidance make decisions
and take decisive action.”
Jose Silvia, author

As I see it . . . . . . .

Take decisive action

There is a time that every business professional has to take action.

In that moment a business professional has a choice. They can take decisive action and move forward, or they can choose not to act and stand still. But in standing still you will find that you’re falling behind.

Business professionals are continually making decisions. They use the information that they have to make the best decision that can in the conditions that they find themselves.

Successful business professionals are decision maker and will take decisive action to find solutions and to create forward momentum in their business and career.

The professional that’s willing to take decisive action will pull away and standout from the pack. They will be seen as a doer and someone that proactive in getting things done.

When it comes down to crunch time and a decision and action is required, take decisive action.

Separate Yourself From the Competition

Motivational Power Quote

Separate Yourself From the Competition
“Business is not just doing deals;
business is having a great products,
doing great engineering,
and providing tremendous
service to customers.”
Ross Perot, entrepreneurs

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Separate yourself from the competition

Having a superior product with marginal customer service will result in an inconsistent business model with and hit and miss business success.

A business or business professional that puts the needs of their customers above their own will find that the business grows and that their customers become raving fans.

Customers return to businesses that they can depend and have delivered on their promises of their product and services.

The quality of your customer service will determine the degree of separation that you create between yourself and the competition and if you standout or blend in.

The greater your separation becomes the more that you standout as a professional. Your customer will create a buzz about you, your business and you will receive the additional benefit of becoming a business and referral magnet.

By consistently providing superior customer service you create a consistent flow of positive customer satisfaction that will separate you from the competition and contribute to your long term success.
